This charming private house of 90m2 is composed of a comfortable living room, three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, a nice kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a shower room in one of the bedrooms. A garden and a terrace of 70m2 and a plancha to cook outside.

Ideally located, the house is only 7 minutes by car from the beaches and the city center. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the Côte d'Azur, enjoying the beaches, the swimming pool or simply relaxing in the garden and cooking a Provençal meal.

Lovely stay in traditional Provençal home

We really enjoyed staying at this peaceful, traditional Provençal home. It had everything we needed for a mainly self-catered trip with children and extended family and the swimming pool was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay as the location was ideal to tour both the nearby coastal cities but the hill top villages and markets in the area. A bonus was the hot tub and very secluded outdoor patio, ideal for cool drinks after a day's activities. Located in a quiet collection of townhomes.

A very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed out stay in this charming house. Children loved the pool which they had to themselves most of the time. Jérôme's mum and dad were very nice people, even lending us the beach equipment we needed. Did have a little trouble finding the property on arrival and car is essential if staying here. However, a lovely peaceful stay and very convenient to visiting Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc.

La maison proposée par Jérôme est très mignonne, propre, et bien équipée pour y passer un agréable séjour entre amis ou en famille. De plus nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jérôme qui aura été présent pour différents conseils tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine se situe à quelques pas et est toujours propre. Concernant le jardin privé de la villa, il était très bien, le canapé extérieur est super confortable!

Formidable séjour.

C'est avec ma famille que j'ai séjourné un week-end dans cette maison provençale pleine de charme. Les beaux jours de Mars étaient au rendez vous pour le plus grand plaisir de mes filles. Nous y retournerons très volontiers l'année prochaine.

The location is perfect for day trips in the area

Jerome and his family are very friendly. The house is perfect for a group of friends or a family. We spent very nice evenings on the terrace which also provides a barbecue. Also the garden is very nice. The shared pool is nice for swimming and most of the time empty. Very cute house, nice rooms and nice decorations. The location is in a hilly area, a little bit outside of Antibes. You would have to walk about 20 minutes but you can also take the bus (which we did not try though). But parking is very easy at the house, so the location is perfect for day trips in the area.

Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux dans cette magnifique maison toute équipée! Le cadre est très beau, la résidence est calme et sécurisée, idéal pour des vacances sans soucis. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins, très agréable, on ne manque de rien! Piscine et spa à disposition, maison climatisée et équipée de tout le nécessaire aussi bien en électroménager qu'en nécessaire de toilette ou de cuisine, ce qui est très appréciable puisqu'il n'est pas nécessaire de se charger en plus au niveau bagages. Maison et extérieur très propre et très bien entretenu! Je vous recommande vivement d'aller passer un séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis!

Une location idéale pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur

En juillet nous avons passé 9 jours avec 6 personnes dans la maison de Jérôme. Là, il est très agréable, les Darmons sont trés aimables et serviables. Le jardin est un endroit formidable pour se reposer, la terrasse est douillette et bien équipée. Le pool n'est pas loin et ici on peut bien nager.

This house is the perfect base for a stay in Antibes if you have a car ! Right in the middle of everything, near from Biot and 5 minutes driving from the center of Antibes. Beautiful garden with flowers everywhere and many other small details made our stay a perfect one. It's very quiet and the swimming pool of the condominium was just for us, we didn't meet anyone there ! And you have a Conciergerie service 24/24h ! ***** Highly recommended *****
