Simple and Functional Vacation Stay

The property was decorated wonderfully, all kitchen equipment supplied as needed, clean and organized. The view from patio is great as well. Beds are very comfy. Had a great time and highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful condo

We loved staying on the quiet side! We got to watch dolphins and birds from the back patio, along with a stunning sunset each night. Walkable to the beach (just across the street). The condo was clean, and spacious and perfect for our family. We will be coming back!

Great Location and View

Our family has a great time at Sundown and unit B14 was as advertised. Quiet property, great view of Old River from the balcony, the pool and pool house was clean and well taken care of. Easy access to the beach. Equal distance to Pensacola to the East and Orange Beach to the West. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed this property. Was close to everything I needed. The beach is directly across the street and the bay in the backyard. This end of the beach is a lot less crowded which is wonderful compared to other parts. The kids loved fishing off the pier and I loved watching the boats drive by. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Also very convenient that the property manager stays on sight and is there if you need anything or have any questions.

Great vacation! Spacious condo! Everything we asked for. The kids loved the pool. The fishing dock was a huge hit. Definitely will be returning. The owner is also great!

Quiet, Comfortable, and Great Location

Overall after five visits to the Florbama coast; Perdido Bay is probably the best location for our taste and our stay here enhanced the tranquility and privacy we we’re looking for. Kim made the check in and logistics easy, our condo was updated, cozy, comfortable, and clean and had a great view of the sunsets. The pool was a great place to cool off and relax. Perfect location to reach all activities or just to spend the day at the beach just a walk across the street. Loved it!

Peaceful beach stay

This was a beautifully decorated condo on the quiet side of Perdido Key. We enjoyed watching the boats head out to the Pass every morning and return throughout the day. It was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do all our cooking. It was much more calm and relaxing than being in a high rise on the beach side. (There was easy access directly across the street to the beach.) I would highly recommend this listing and we will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay. The only opportunity for improvement that we saw is the size of the TVs in the bedrooms. With the height of the bed in one of the bedrooms, it was difficult to see the TV. Other than that, a great stay.

There was really nothing I didn’t like. The condo is very clean and very well-kept up. The Decour was beautiful and we had a great time I would recommend this to everyone!

Great place for a boat but also had beach access!

Our stay was great. Good service. Clean unit. The primary complaint I had was there was no place that I was aware of to store kayaks and paddle boards once you unloaded then from the vehicle so we ended up not unloading them at all. Overall, it's a really cool place.
