Please Note: An Entry Refurbishment Project will begin late September 2025 and is expected to last through mid-November. Please be aware there will be times when entry doors are temporarily propped open for drying.

With room for six guests, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, our Perdido Key, Florida condo rental Beach Colony Towers 3B provides a tranquil beachfront haven for any type of getaway, including extended winter stays. Snowbirds are welcome here!

Breathtaking views, at-home comforts, and resort amenities at this gated residence are all calling your name! The unique layout of the space will have you feeling like you’re in your very own corner condo, with an angular living room that looks out onto a spacious balcony and a fabulous view. The balcony comes well furnished and has plenty of seating for you and your guests. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a sit-down meal that you have prepared in your fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom also has balcony access so that you can slip out in the morning and enjoy a Gulf Coast sunrise without disturbing the rest of your slumbering party.

In addition, the amenities offered at Beach Colony Resort ensure you will enjoy every second of your vacation here. Swim in the community pool or relax in the hot tub after a workout at the fitness center. Beach vendors are on site daily during the season, so you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear for your time on the sand. And there are also barbecue grills and an outdoor picnic area that make evening cookouts with family a breeze.

Perdido Key is the ideal place to vacation if you’re looking for a quiet destination away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many local restaurants in the area and treat yourself to some fresh Gulf cuisine. Or head out to Big Lagoon State Park and hike through the trails while you take in the beach from a new perspective.

It was a nice unit, but it would’ve been nice to be able to use the jets in the master bath tub. Although the hot tub downstairs was available, it was crowded at times. For therapeutic reasons, it would be a good idea to repair it for future guests.

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I took our almost 5 year old and almost 3 year old and it was perfect for our family. The condo itself is very nice and very spacious. The layout is much better than most condos we’ve have stayed in before, the rooms and bathrooms are all a great size. The view is hard to beat and the easy accessibility to the beach was a huge plus! The property/resort in general is well kept up with and we felt safe the whole time. It is so conveniently located/easy to get to restaurants/the grocery/etc. We would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be going back!

Condo was very clean. Appeared that it was on the process of updating. Ottoman was in need of repair paint job was not good. Paint splash on toilet paper holders, baseboard, etc. heater makes noise when running

Convenient and Great Experience

Condo is in very convenient location with phenomenal ocean view and beach access. Great layout for our family stay in the condo. We would come back to the same condo.

Had a great time!

Very comfy bed. Beware the jacuzzi tub doesn’t work and they are not fixing which I wasn’t highly disappointed with that. Price is right tho.

Wonderful condo but temperature controlled

Loved the condo, very clean and had everything, beautiful view, large balcony. We are from Texas and hot natured people. We like to sleep with it cold like 65⁰. We would turn it down and within 10 minutes it would be set back to 69⁰. We slept very uncomfortable every night. Even my 2 yr old didn't want covers because he was hot. Also no dust pan to go with the new broom that was provided. I just used a piece of paper to collect the sand I swept up. Bring your own food or prepare to drive to Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We did love it and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for an amazing week. 🙂

Right on the beach

Location is right on the beach, great view from the balcony. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool and a fitness center. Outside pools do close at 10pm but indoor pool is open until 11pm. Photos do accurately show this unit.

Rental company was great. Stay was ok.

None of us had a good night sleep because the owner had the thermostat locked to a temperature and we couldn’t set it at a temp that we were comfortable at. Beds were uncomfortable also, particularly in the guest room. The jetted tub didn’t work. Shower felt slimy like it hadn’t been cleaned. Good location and amenities were good.

Lovely condo

The condo is very nice, but, the bathrooms and the carpet are really showing their age. It makes it seem to be dirty. The kitchen knives should be thrown away, we couldn’t find one that would cut anything. Having said that, we’d definitely return, and bring a lot of our own things.

Only negatives were no garbage disposal, worn toilet seats, weirdly painted bathroom fixtures.

No issues other than photos didn’t show real state of condo(wear and tear) Sofa and loveseat to uncomfortable to sit on. I usually sat on one chair in living room.? Location-and design of condo was ideal!
