Great Waikiki location

I really liked the location of this property and the building. We used the large Weber BBQ and the pool almost every day.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Close to everything with great restaurants within a block or two. Easy walk to the beach and TheBus is right around the corner. The building itself is an eleven story mid-century style with a soothing saltwater swimming pool. The onsite manager was delightful and always friendly. The apartment is roomy with a large lanai. Modern appliances and comfortable decor. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend making this your place to stay in Waikīkī!

Nice Waikiki Condo

This condo was conveniently located, easy walk to beach and shopping. A bit noisy in evening due to proximity to Ala Wai Blvd. We would stay again, owners very responsive to questions.

I was a pleasure hosting Julie-Anne & Chris. I love it when people travel with their own surf boards to Hawaii. Very easy to communicate with - even the building manager hopes they come back again !

Great Value

We enjoyed everything about it. Condo is on larger size as units in Waikiki go. It was well furnished with everything needed with a very comfortable bed. Building is secure and location felt safe. Communication with owner resulted in fast response with detailed information.

Sunrise Pleasure

This condo provided the essentials of like being at home, while on vacation in one of the most active places in the world. Easy to walk to the beach, nightlife, and shopping or jump on a bus to climb diamond head, snorkel, or go to the mall. The parking space allowed us to rent as needed to go to the north shore and deep sea fishing. With all these activities, we found this condo allowed us to wake up refreshed, stretch out in the heated pool , plan the days outing, and make it back for a barbecue dinner. The WIFI , hot showers, and the sun on the lanai were excellent. The washer and dryer on the same floor made us realized we over packed.

We both fell in love with Hawaii on our own over 25 years ago. As a couple we love to travel and kept finding ourselves returning to the islands for vacation. Over the years we've been blessed to have many friends who have introduced us to the spirit of Aloha. It was only last year that we decided to make Hawaii an integral part of our future. We embrace having one foot in California and one foot in Hawaii - Where else is it commonplace to see three rainbows at a time !!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose Waikiki because it's a unique vacation destination that has everything in close proximity. In all, we viewed about 20 different condos but upon seeing Kaiolu Sunrise we knew immediately - we found what we were looking for ! The kind of place that we always enjoyed staying at. A large, one bedroom condo that sleeps 4, recently upgraded with bamboo floors and full size kitchen, is literally within minutes of shops and restaurants or the beach and it has a spacious lanai to welcome you for breakfast as the sun comes up.

この宿泊施設の特徴

*This is a gated, very secure building with video surveillance and an experienced building manager
*Washer / dryer ( $1.50 per load) and trash chute located on every floor
*Small, clean building (only 11 floors) with wide hallways and 2 elevators - so no long waits to get where you're going to
