The unit is just a block away from old town Colmar. We enjoyed walking into old town for dinners and to have a cocktail with the locals. The unit is nice and very clean.

Excellent stay

Everything worked well. Communication with owners was timely and complete, the apartment was exactly as described and was very thoughtfully organized, even a shopping bag for the nearby supermarket. Lovely quiet location on the edge of the old town.

Ideal Apartment for Visiting Colmar and Alsace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Estelle and Frederic's apartment. Very clean, well appointed with everything you would need, and in a great location for an easy walk into the centre of Colmar. Having the garage for our car was a big bonus, as all of the nearby parking was chargeable. Communication with the host was excellent, and a good test of each others language skills!

Very nice unit in quiet area

Clean unit with everything we needed, very close to supermarket for food supplies. Best to take the No 4 bus from station, we walked but was very hard on suitcases due to cobblestones. Hosts are great.

Delightful apartment and wonderful location

Super clean apartment, beautifully presented. We enjoyed the Xmas decorrations which added to the atmosphere. Fabulous large supermarket across the road. Colmar is such a beautiful place, no matter which direction you looked and the Christmas Markets were easy to find just wandering along the streets (with no cars) and the street decorations fabulous. Excellent location.

Lovely studio, perfect for exploring the Christmas markets

As a couple staying over Christmas to enjoy Colmar, this was a great "home" for 4 days. Close to all the markets just by the toy museum the studio was not only convenient but a cosy and comfortable place. Communication with the owners was excellent who were exceptionally helpful. The apartment even had Christmas decorations. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and there is also a washing machine. The place had everything needed for our stay and it made our Colmar experience even better.

Little jewel

We enjoyed being just minutes away from the centre, and there are several restaurants just around the corner. There was an elevator in the building. The apartment was well equipped and nicely decorated. The bathroom is quite spacious, and there is a washing machine. The kitchen has even a small dishwasher. Everything was spic and span. It was great staying in such a nice, well kept place. Overall we had a lovely stay. Our hostess was very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We want to live here

This is by far our favorite place to stay on our trip. Estelle was very accommodating rearranging her schedule to meet us later than expected. The location couldn’t be more perfect for us - 10 min walk to the action but amazingly quiet and peaceful at the apartment. Noise from a busy street is blocked by another building and if you close all the windows you can’t hear anything. We absolutely loved the balcony and the weather was perfect to sit out there for coffee in the am and wine in the pm. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. It is just the right amount of space for 2 people, is incredibly clean and updated. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Estelle and Frederic!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Colmar

The apartment is very well equipped and the arrangement is very well thought out. Cleanliness is extremely good. It is ideally located for easy walking distance to all Colmar sights. We are in our late 70s and had no trouble navigating without using public transit. Although a free shuttle and several city bus lines are very close by. The bed is large and very comfortable. Cooking meals was easy with all kitchen accouterments provided. A large Auchan grocery store is an easy 300' away. The bathroom is lovely and includes a very good shower with good water pressure. We appreciated having the elevator and lovely balcony with table and chairs. The building and neighborhood are quiet, well lit and safe. We highly recommend this rental. We have stayed in 23 rentals all over Europe and this one is in the top three.

Lodgement tout confort à Colmar

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et à deux pas de la vieille ville, ce charmant studio est une véritable découverte. Nos hôtes, Estelle et Frédéric, ont été formidables : ils ont répondu immédiatement à nos questions et se sont assurés de notre confort. Ils nous ont fourni une excellente documentation sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement et nous ont indiqué les directions vers les sites importants de la ville. Prachtig appartement midden in de stad Colmar!

Wat een prachtig appartement, dichtbij het centrum, het ontbreekt u aan niets in dit appartement, overal is aan gedacht, de keuken kruiden, wasmachine en zelfs gezellige lichtjes op het balkon. De beheerders waren uiterst vriendelijk bij ontvangst. Ook de privegarage erbij was perfect! We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad in de stad Colmar!.
