Great location

Very well situated and very close to the Centre Ville. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Forvolder guests the stairs up to the apartment could be a challenge.

Very nice stay, close to city center

We really like the stay in this really nice holiday appartment. It is very large and nicely renovated. We especially like the excellent kitchen and the really amazing loction next to the city center. There's also a supermarket in the same building which enables to grab all you need. The only minus was the quite low water pressure in the shower at upper floor.

family visit to Colmar

The apartment was exactly what we expected. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck. The kitchen was stocked enough to accommodate the four of us. And the location is perfect, an easy walk to the wonderful town of Colmar. This is a 5 star place for young healthy people. Unfortunately because it is on the 3rd floor (really 4th) the walk up was difficult for us older people. and added to the problem, we were under the weather. If taking stairs is not a problem, it is a perfect stay. Hopefully in the future the building will get an elevator for those of us with limited energy! Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment in a convenient part of Colmar

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The flat had a nice living, dining area. The kitchen was good with a normal and a steam oven and induction cooktop. The washing machine and drier where large. The beds where comfortable, the blinds blackout and it was quiet. The underground carpark was excellent as it was easily accessed from the main road, and it was free.When booking however a few things need to be taken into consideration. The flat is not in the old pretty part of the town, although it is close to walk to. The flat is on the third floor but the steps are wide. However once in the flat two bedrooms and the only bathroom is up a spiral staircase which people with mobility issues may find challenging. There is a toilet on the lower floor. And please note you have to strip the beds and taking bedding to the washing machine, as well as taking the rubbish downstairs.

Très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine du vieux Colmar et de tous les restaurant, nous y étions très bien. Grand et Impeccable. Très bien équipé, nous avons pu cuisiner quelques repas. La communication avec le propriétaire était très facile et rapide. Nous recommandons fortement

Belle location bien placée

Location très bien équipée, très agréable et calme. Emplacement prés du centre A préciser 3 étages à monter, difficiles et a prendre en compte pour personne âgée
