Very convenient position

Overall this property has many good points. It has two large windows and terraces which give stunning views over the beach, town and cap. The sunrises and sunsets are magical. The position is also very convenient for beach and town, a short stroll to the centre with all the restaurants, shops and choice of beaches. It is however noisy as it is on a corner and the road is very busy. We used earplugs. The overall decor is rather dated now, but this may not matter as one is out most of the time. It is well equipped although I failed to find a hairdryer in any of the many cupboards (a list of what is supplied and where it is would be helpful). We were surprised to have to order sheets and pillows at an extra cost and were very disappointed at the quality supplied, thin sheets and IKEA cheapest and very lumpy pillows these really need replacing and upgrading. Smaller issues such as this spoil an otherwise positive experience. But Antibes makes up for any quibbles. We have been holidaying there for 30 years and it never fails to astound us with its beauty and interest...and good food of course!

Beautiful view, close to everything

Excellent communication both with Pascal and with Emmanuelle. The flat is very nice for 2 people. A small car parking place was available, a tight squeeze but we got the car in. Until June 1, Parking is free (if you can find a space) at a carpark nearby. This is a very good place to stay to enjoy everything that Antibes has to offer.

Enjoyable stay in Antibes

Apartment has excellent location in Antibes within easy walking distance of beach and old town and close to food shops etc. Apartment is located on 6th Floor with superb vue of the bay of Antibes. There is quite a lot of noise from the street below from passing cars and motor bikes and, at least while we were there, from passing ambulance sirens day and night whose route to the hospital was via a turnoff just next to the apartment. Apartment has well equipped kitchen and has air conditioning and good storage space. Very confortable bed. Some things that could be improved: More confortable chairs on the balcony for outdoor eating would be appreciated. More clear information in apartment description to state that parking is available in another building close by. Note that large cars could have some diffuculty since the parking space is quite tight.

Lejligheden var mindre end det fremgår af annoncen. Sovesofaen er ikke behagelig at sove i. Parkeringspladsen er i en nærliggende parkeringskælder på niveau - 5. Rampen er ekstrem smal og det er selve pladsen også. Det kræver gode køreegenskaber og tålmodighed at komme derned uden at ridse bilen

Mycket trevlig lägenhet, bekväm och bra med en fantastisk utsikt.

Allt finns på plats för att göra besöket bekvämt och bra. Sängen är jätteskön och vi hade tur då natten var sval. Den enda lilla anmärkningen är att strålen i duschen var väldigt svag, hopplöst när man ska tvätta håret. Men, det kan bero på rören i huset och ska inte lastas Pascal. En sak som kan vara tufft om det är jättevarmt är att det inte finns AC, kan tänka mig att det kan förbättra standarden på sommaren.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Tolles Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht. Wir hatten ein paar Kanalarbeiten in dem Haus, die gross angekündigt wurden uns dann aber nur einen Tag beeinträchtigt haben. Das Apartment ist super und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und zuverlässig. Die Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Garage ist nicht im Haus und hat eine sehr enge Einfahrt und Ausfahrt im 4. Untergeschoss. Man sollte explizit darauf hinweisen, dass dies nur für sehr geübte Fahrer und kleine Autos geeignet ist. Die Garage im Haus wäre besser geeignet.

J’ai mis excellent pour « l’Agent immobilier » considérant qu’il s’agit de Madame DAMAS

Mon résumé se résume à PARFAIT. Appartement magnifique avec vue sur toute la baie d’Antibes, très bien aménagé et nous avons trouvé tout ce qui est nécessaire voire plus pour une arrivée facilitée dans avoir à se précipiter dans les magasins dans l’heure qui suit. De plus une propriétaire très disponible, avec laquelle nous avons eu d’une cellents contacts bien qu’étant elle même en vacances. Par contre ce que je n’ai pas beaucoup apprécié c’est d’avoir plusieurs relances d’Abritel concernant le paiement qavait été effectué en temps voulu et dont Mme DAMAS m’avait accusé réception et notamment le dernier reçu qq jours avant notre départ pour Antibes qui menaçais même d’annuler notre location

Fabulous location in Antibes

Location of the apartment was brilliant. Within easy walk to the Old Town, Picasso Museum, Beach, everything one could need is on the doorstep. Apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom place. Kitchen well equipped, balcony overlooking the sea is just perfect for al fresco dining. Plenty of good restaurants exceptionally close. Bed comfortable, plenty of space for clothes. Check in was easy, communication responded to efficiently. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic stay

We spent a great week in this lovely apartment. Our main objective, when looking for a holiday apartment, was to have a Seaview and honestly you can’t beat the incredible view here. There are sunloungers for the balcony and table and chairs for Al fresco dining. The living room is very relaxing and the bed was so comfortable The location is excellent, right acros the road from the beach with lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Antibes old town. Excellent communication from the owner and arrival check in was very easy.
