This place is so nice. We definitely want to stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of wood for the wood stove, great record collection and soothing sounds of the beautiful Salmon River. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Loved that the kitchen had spices and everything we needed to cook meals. It was a bit cold in January to utilize that awesome covered porch, but looks amazing for summer. We loved making fires inside the wood burning stove and used the fire pit outside as well. The river view was fantastic! Bathrooms are a little cramped, but I was so thankful we had three of them. Loved the record player and the cabin vibe. Host was flexible and responsive. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Cozy Cabin

Our family had a great stay here. The accommodations were exactly as described and we just loved it here. We especially loved the vinyl collection, hot tub, location on the river and overall charm. Would definitely recommend!

This is a really cozy and pleasant cabin, right on the Salmon River. We especially enjoyed the sound system with the turntable and an extensive album collection. The kitchen is well appointed. The hot tub was also great, as well as the wood stove and firewood. Our only concern is that there were a LOT of flies in the cabin -- we swatted literally dozens of flies inside the cabin every day, and there were only more each morning. The doors were closed, so these were NOT coming from outside. Hopefully they can address this matter. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We traveled to the area with our three older boys (18-23) and loved every minute of it. The record player was used daily and we spent a great deal of time outside, playing cards and enjoying the river. Thank you!

Wonderful place right on a stream

We absolutely loved this place. From the location on the stream to the outside hot tub, it was very enjoyable. Might have been our favorite place this trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Cabin

Perfect location. Very secluded, but less than a mile from restaurants and grocery store. We spent the majority of the time at the fire pit overlooking the river. The cabin was very large and could accommodate multiple families.

Having grown up in Montana I have a great appreciation for the mountains and being outdoors. In the early 2000's I was living in Alaska flying bush planes where I met my future wife who also shares my love of mountains. She moved to Portland to finish her degree and I followed. We ended up settling in Portland and started a family! With two young kids we decided it was time to get back to our mountain roots and we purchased the cabin. We love coming to it year-round as every season has something to offer.

Simply put, it's awesome! I realized the moment I pulled in the driveway it was the one. I really didn't feel like I needed to see the inside of the cabin, the location alone was enough for me. As it was, the cabin needed some love and I have since carefully brought it back to life, while honoring its original features. It is truly a magical place that I love taking my friends and family for any reason and I think you will too!
