The Space:

Times come in life when you just need to escape and get away from it all! When those times come, retreat with your family or friends to beautiful Sycamore Lodge. This amazing rental provides guests with a true lodge experience with handcrafted furniture, warm woodwork throughout and a huge stone fireplace that is the centerpiece of the downstairs living area. Upstairs is a separate loft area with its own wood stove, the perfect spot to relax with a good book on a cold winter day. Outdoors, you can spend time soaking in the private hot tub or unwind on the large stone patio and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Whatever you choose to do, Sycamore Lodge is the ideal home for rejuvenating your mind and body.



What’s nearby:

Government Camp is just a short drive from the home. In town during the summer, you will find the Mt. Hood Adventure Park with over 20 exciting activities to choose from including an alpine slide, zip lines, and mountain bike park and much, much more. Each winter, skiers and snowboarders will love hitting the slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl, Timberline Lodge or Mt. Hood Meadows.

The house was perfect with plenty of amenities and space for the 6 of us. The house definitely deserves 5 star's, VRBO on the other hand deserves 2 stars for extremely poor communication.

Everything was amazing the house was very clean heater was working, no power outages, hot water and fully stocked kitchen, local restaurants where good especially the pizza spot in the binder and locals them selves very friendly very beautiful house definitely coming back

Beautiful Cabin & Perfect location for Mt. Hood boarding

Sycamore Lodge continues to stun. This is our second time staying at the Property and we felt right at home. The cabin is gorgeous, the location is perfect for a day on Mt. Hood or enjoying the trails and lakes in the surrounding area. Check in and out was easy and the communication was great. We will be back!

Wonderful Getaway Spot

This is a great spot! We stayed with our two kids and dog. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor space - the woods, sitting area and hot tub. It's close enough to amenities, grocery store, gas station and restaurants, but at the cabin, it feels like you are in a secluded forest. There is no cell reception inside the house and the internet is a bit slow. It was great for a getaway when you are looking to unplug! The fridge and kitchen ware could use a good cleaning but is fully stocked with everything you need. The washer and dryer work, but could use a refresh. Overall it's a great cabin with all the comforts you need! We will definitely be back.

amazing cabin

rented this place out for a week and it was even better than expected. The home is amazing and had so many hidden treasures around the home. we had stuff planned every day but we found ourselves most days wanting to stay in the cabin watching movies and hanging outside on the swing. a perfect place for families or even friends.
