I normally never write a review, however I felt this property was definitely deserving of one. The condo is beautiful and fully staffed with everything needed to make your vacation special. The sunsets are beautiful and dolphins are directly in front of the property. The staff at Marco Properties were so helpful.

Wonderful relaxing time. Just one complaint When we arrived the bed in the master suite Was not changed. Not a big problem, but a little disappointing. The Somerset is spotless, Grounds and building were in excellent shape.

Very Nice Unit

Nice remodel on this unit and it had all the kitchen utensils, pot, pans, towels, etc that you will need. Our only complaint was that the beach locker was stuffed with toys but only had the very low beach chairs that are impossible to get out of if you have any back or mobility issues. Listing agent would not provide taller chairs which we had to purchase.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was okay experience. Location was great but certain issues caused the experience to be okay. Already responded on experience via text. AC broke causing us to leave saturday. Pool uncleanliness, poor communication on maintenance and work. Lastly, nobody policing quiet hours, neighbors were very loud as late as midnight. Also suggest earlier gym hours, 7am?

Great Condo but beware of construction!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location can't be beat and the condo is very nice and clean with everything you could possibly need. However, be aware of renovations/construction going on nearby during your stay. My family and I chose this location because we were looking for some peace and quiet. However, the unit next door was doing renovations and there were a few days where we had to listen to constant banging. Although, the units are all privately owned and the rental management company does not have control over renovations of other units, this information should have been relayed to us prior to our arrival. It is fairly easy to find out if there is construction/renovations going on in any of the units and I believe a good property manager should and would be aware of anything going on that would impact a guest's stay.

We found Unit 610 at Somerset and it looked perfect! After staying there for 10 days, we can say it didn’t just look perfect, it was perfect. It had every item we could have needed, plus it was tastefully furnished & decorated. The unit was very clean and well taken care of too.

November 2020 Stay

The condo was just as it appeared in the photos...clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and having a washer/dryer in the unit meant that we were able to pack light and do loads throughout the week. Access to beach gear (umbrella, sand toys, chairs, cooler, beach cart) was a huge plus! The complex is very well maintained. Covered parking meant the car stayed cool in the shade. Took advantage of the tennis courts on site which were in great shape. I’m going to miss getting up in the morning and drinking coffee on the balcony while watching the waves roll in...not to mention the best seat for each evening’s sunset. This place was perfect for our family of four! Thanks for such an enjoyable trip!

Somerset 610 is an absolutely top notch condo. It appears to have been decorated by a very high end designer with beautiful furnishings and finishes. It was so well equipped there was literally nothing lacking. The sunsets from the balcony are indescribable. What a wonderful vacation condo
