Enjoy fantastic Gulf, beach and sunset views from your large,private balcony...sunny SW exposure! recently remodeled, large walk-in shower in master bath,upscale furnishings. Sleeps 5- king bed in master, 2 full in guest bdrm, additional day room for added space.3 flat screen Tv;s Internet wifi in unit. Washer/ Dryer in unit. Full amenity gated beachfront complex, 2 pools, gym, pickleball, tennis, underground parking, bike storage, lobby.Beach chairs , umbrellas and pool toys provided, onsite BBQ area. Owner lives locally and will assist with keys.

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Sweet staycation!

Our family had a great time staying in Southwest Florida at Somerset Condos. We stayed here several years ago and loved being back. This unit was perfect for us to “get away”. It was spacious, cozy and well equipped. We hope to return again sometime soon.

Comfortable Stay on Quiet Beach

We had an enjoyable stay with my wife and our 3 kids. The rooms are in great shape with relaxing furniture. In particular we enjoyed the large back patio with a view of the water. We came in the summer time which has frequent thunderstorms which my wife and I enjoyed watch from the patio. There is a small storage area with beach chairs and an umbrella that we used on a daily basis. The beach was not crowded at all and one day some dolphins swam about 20ft away. We look forward to returning one of these days. There a few ice creams shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

2 week stay

We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a great experience! The condo was very nice and the hosts made the check in/check out process very easy. We enjoyed the amazing views of the beach from the spacious balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Beach Front Location!

For families wanting ease of beach access and parking this condo provides a private and safe location perfect for families of all ages. The management made it extremely easy to check in. We loved this aspect.Some items in the kitchen need upgrading( like most rentals do) , and some modern updating but overall we were happy!

Great Place to Stay

This was our first stay in the unit and we had a great experience. Working with the property managers was smooth, they were responsive when we had questions or requests and were great to work with. The condo is in a great location, has great beach access and lives large. We had 2 couples and everyone was very happy with the space and amenities.

Having stayed at Sommerset many times, the owners for this condo were and in the past the best! They have been easy to reach and timely in their response and actions. The condo is maintained well , comfortable, stocked well. When we have guests and family, everyone comments how nice the condo and Sommerset is. Will continue to be their customers. Beautiful property, but...

2nd time to this property and we love the Somerset, but we were sadly disappointed in the cleanliness of our condo/unit. it's too bad as the unit is huge and up to date. sand everywhere on the floor and found food throughout the kitchen and living area. i contacted the manager, but nothing we could do at that point other than sweep and mop ourselves. the construction/noise was also a disappointment, but we understand. i would recommend this property when no work is being done and in a clean condo/unit!!!! katalina was wonderful to work with :)

This isn’t the first time we have stayed at Somerset BUT it is the first time we have stayed at 308. When we got to the condo we noticed that the furniture was heavily used especially the couch and chair in the living area and the beds in all bedrooms. The floors were not clean neither was the fridge/freezer, the dishwasher does not clean dishes properly, the tv in the guest room did not work, the screen door off the master bedroom was busted (not child safe at all), power cords in the living area were tangled and exposed, the pillows were flat and not to mentions stained, the beds in the guest room noisy and worn out, the master bedroom bed was not noisy but very worn. When we tried to get in touch with the owner to address the above was nearly impossible. We had to reach out to VRBO in order to get a response from the owners. The CO HOST said she would address these minor issues but never gave us a time and day to do so. We paid 1,000/per night to stay in a dump for a lack of better words. All future guest please be cautious.

Very enjoyable impressive

Unit was very spacious, great floor plan, more room than anticipated. Had everything needed and more. Grounds and amenities were ideal. Fitness center and pickleball courts nice and very convenient. Beach level storage locker with beach chairs was great to have access to. Pools were heated to comfortable temp. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Perfect location on Marco! Had a few issues and the contacts were quick to respond. Thanks. A few things needs replaced, but nothing major. Love the extra little lanai that gets the morning sun.

Perfect Place in Great Location

This condo has everything you need in a great location. The condo was very clean, well equipped and check in was very easy. The views are amazing from the front and back balconies. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely return to this condo again.
