Amazing villa! We stayed with our young family and had a blast! The house is perfect for ease of access to the Four Seasons while still having a large place with a kitchen and outdoor spaces. Using the golf cart to get over to the resort and explore the property made it all the more fun.The villa was clean and had all the amenities needed. The property management team was helpful and communicative. Check-in and check-out were very easy.Highly recommend this place! Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and everything was in working order. The family used the golf court everyday, making it easy to get to the resort. The property manager was very helpful. Thank you for making it a great stay!

What a beautiful condo on a gorgeous property! We had a wonderful time. Located close to the pool! Spacious. Having the golf cart was great! Definitely will be back!

We LOVED this Villa!

Our family stayed here recently, and we were so happy with the gorgeous villa. This was our 10th time at the resort, and 2nd time staying at a villa - and 1st time at THIS villa. We'll be back next year! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, and for our family of 4 adults and 2 children, it never felt crowded and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The kitchen is huge, the living room comfy and each bedroom spacious and beautifully decorated. Our only wish was that the golf cart could seat 6 (not 4). Otherwise - flawless vacation!

Great stay

This is our second stay at the property. We really enjoy the property because it’s a perfect size for our 5 person family. The large living room and kitchen are connected so everyone can interact. The guest bedrooms are perfect size for the kids and the master bedroom is nice sized. The kitchen is well equipped. Mornings and late afternoons are spent on the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet. The golf cart makes it easy to get around. We paid for the resort use and spent a lot of time snorkeling and at the pool. The concierge service was very helpful to schedule activities. Of you plan to do the helicopter tour, spend the extra money to land at the waterfall. Overall, our go to place when staying on the big island.

Beautifully appointed villa

My family loved this villa and the property management company (Elite Pacific) is top-notch. This villa was perfect for our family of six and so well appointed with high-end furnishings, linens, and accessories. We decided to stay at this villa over the hotel because our friends were staying in another villa close by and we were more than happy with our decision. We still had access to the hotel amenities but also benefitted from having a home base where we could all hang out together. When there was a minor hiccup with the provided golf cart, the property management company was able to resolve the issue very quickly. They were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning to this villa on our next visit!

Paradise in Hualalai

Our favorite island is the Big Island of Hawaii. We have been coming to Hawaii since 1980 and the resort at Hualalai since 1999. In mid- 2000's we started renting villas at Hualalai instead of two hotel rooms or a suite. We stayed on a second floor luxury villa last year and returned again to the same unit a couple weeks ago. As expected we fell in love even more with this unit and the impeccable amenities. A spacious master suite with a huge bathroom, private lanai, and spacious walkin closet. the other two bedrooms also spacious had all amenities needed. the kitchen and great room are so spacious and well appointed that we often would just sit there and stare out at the spectacular views of the ocean and golf course. Every morning and evening we spent out on the lanai before embarking upon our journeys for the day or evening and star gazed every night after dinner. We even made dinner one night - which was truly memorable as we got to enjoy the villa all evening. For those who are not familiar with the Four Seasons Hualalai - just know it is the best resort in the world and as a villa occupant - you are afforded all the amenities of the hotel. everyday we worked out, used the spa facilities, frequented every pool and hot tub, played golf on this famous beautiful golf course, and dined at each restaurant at least once. the dining is unparalleled and every restaurant: Beach Tree, Ulu, the resident beach house, the Hualalai Grill, and even home cooking were fantastic. I highly recommend this unit and make sure to look at the gorgeous artwork too. Aloha and Mahalo

This property worked well for us except there were no curtains, just privacy shades, which made naptime for the little ones difficult. Otherwise, location and price were perfect for our family.

Stunning Views and Incredible Furnishing

Incredible views and furnishings in this Wai'ulu 115D villa. Our group of 6 each enjoyed a king size bed in our rooms, and the master suite and bath rival any top tier hotel! We enjoyed playing golf at the resort, massages and dining on the lanai and watching the sunset in the evenings from this villa. We will be back again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this unit and the third time at the resort. Short golf cart ride to the hotel, spa, restaurants and beach. Property is very clean and is equipped with everything you would need. While the map may not suggest it, there are great views off the back patios (there are two) to the member's golf course and the ocean beyond.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and the entire experience absolutely exceeded our expectations. Every room was great. The beds and the linens were top notch. Kitchen has everything. If you like to BBQ and Cook this is the way to go. The Four Seasons facilities and service were 5 star all the way. Kids loved the golf cart to get around the property ...... make sure you get up early for the best beach seats ..... turns into a bit of a Rugby Match after 7 AM

Just perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Holiday Vacation

I don't think I've ever done a review. However, the level of outstanding service I received from the Homeowner and Management team was unprecedented. Prompt, courteous, attentive, diligent etc. They were prepared for everything and had the ability to handle any request at a moments notice. The Villa is beautiful and a perfect retreat.

Perfect

incredible villa- very comfortable and chic furnishings, excellent kitchen, location close to resort- less than 10 minute walk. Property managers very helpful. Golf cart very handy. I now prefer this arrangement than actually staying at the resort hotel.

Great break

Great family holiday. Apartment was great. Clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the easy access to everything at the door seasons resort. Having our own space and kitchen seems like the best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

Luxury with big value

Our family of six with four children ages 16 through 25 loved this villa. The pictures don't do it justice with ocean views and balconies to the owners golf course that is seldom used. So quiet and peaceful with excellent furnishings. This is the closest street without staying in the smaller four seasons hotel rooms so 3-5 minutes in a golf cart and your at any of the many pools, ocean beaches or restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Beachtree but Ulu and the Residents grill were awesome also. We played golf twice on the resort course by Jack Nicklaus which was challenging but fair. Great par 3s with unbelievable lava rock views. The spa was incredible also so if you want to connect with family in an open concept gorgeous villa with the benefits of the Four Seasons amenities this is the answer. One tip would be to take the Paddleboard lesson early in your trip at Kikio beach near the canoe club at the end of waiulu street. We then went back each morning to Paddleboard for free all week between 7 am and 2 pm. It is so calm early before the winds pick up around 10am, such great exercise but on crystall clear water with many fish below. It's also conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport but you can't hear a thing from Kona. It's also 10 minutes the other way to the King's Shops which have everything from Louis Vutton to Macy's and a number of good restaurants in Waikoloa drive. Mark was fantastic to work with and the villa had all the little things from good shampoo and conditioners to martini glasses and kitchen needs, it really was one of if not the best vacation ever. Many Mahalos!!!!

Heaven on Earth

This is the most incredible villa we have ever stayed at. It was very chic yet comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need or want - a large spacious kitchen equipped with all of the essentials and more, three comfortable bedrooms, laundry a cozy sitting area inside as well as on the balconies. The views from the balcony in the main room and the master bed room were breathtaking. The villa is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute golf cart ride away from all the resort amenities.
