Great space for a large group!

Awesome home with great layout for a big family with kids. Two kitchens and living room areas, a great game room and short walk out to beach.

Gearheart House

The house itself was wonderful. We had a big group and it was nice to spread out over 2 floors with kitchen set ups on each floor. The management company was responsive to questions and concerns. My only concern was surprisingly that part of the beach allows cars on the beach which takes away from enjoying the beach for me. Everything else was wonderful and we had a great time!

Great for large groups or retreats

We stayed here with our team for a planning retreat. The house is great for large groups. You really can't ask for anything more. Lots of space for gathering together or hanging out by yourself and the view is amazing. Just a short walk down to the beach. The elevator was out of service and they checked with me weeks ahead of time to make sure we would be ok. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and the microwave wasn't working but not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Large house for student retreat

Large house with lots of bedrooms and beds. Also a ton of bathrooms. There is a loft that is off limits, which was a bummer. The basement is a big game room with plenty to entertain. The bathrooms had heated floors. The upstairs and main level are like two individual houses (both are fully equipped with full kitchens and dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms. Therefor this would be perfect for a multi-family rental as far as personal space/privacy. The company that owns it was so nice- they called before check in to see if we had any questions and got back to me immediately when I sent a chat question online. Will try to secure again next year.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect! We have 12 people staying the house. It was GREAT there was 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The Elevator and game room on the 1st floor was unexpected and awesome!!! We plan on staying here again in 2025! We can’t wait to come back!

Church Couples Weekend

It was a beautiful home! Everything we needed to have a nice stay. We were disappointed to not be able to use game room due to fans from flooding. It was just too loud. And we had no hot water Friday night. But the home itself was beautiful, well maintained, great location and we had a great stay!

Church group retreat

Its a beautiful home and great location. It also included a couple of surprises, elevator and gameroom. The home is very well equipped. You dont need anything but your food and toothbrush. Its very well maintained and clean.

Yearly Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Gearhart which is charming. Closeness to Seaside was a hit for the kids. House was spacious and well equipped. Beds comfy. Beach a walk away. Very nice stay.

Great place to stay!

This house was amazing! Great separation of space for kids and adults. Having two kitchens was a big plus. Property was beautiful and well taken care of. The rental agency that handles this property was very accommodating to our needs. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

Family vacation

This house was a great spot for our family group of 12. Nice to have 2 family rooms and even 2 kitchens ! The grassy backyard was great for playing outdoor games. An added bonus was the elk herd of 50 or so that we got to watch everyday out our window. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but certainly not a big issue.

Perfect for families!

This was such a great house for all of our friends and their families. It worked out perfectly! Beautiful views, plenty of bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Family reunion

We reunited with family we hadn't seen in years and this was the perfect house for our large family. Plenty of sleeping quarters and a fun room with bunk beds for the kiddos. We enjoyed it so much. It was super stormy out and cozy! Would definitely recommend this house and or stay there again!
