The house looks old on the outside but it is really nyce in the inside a lot of spacious room and we really had a great time.

Quick walk to the beach

My kids and I loved how close this house was to the beach. We were able to easily carry our boogie boards and other beach supplies to go have fun in the ocean!

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the house until 6:30. No explanation was given, just a text. Not sure what happened there. The house itself was lovely, and perfect for our entire family, 11 in all. We were disappointed in the deck, dirty and the tables were in very bad condition. Did not resemble the picture you see in the ad. If management is reading this, I do have a few things that would make the stay a little nicer. The hand soaps were pretty much empty. The showers REALLY need some sort of caddy to hold the shampoos, etc. The toaster didn't work. Other than those few things, like I said, the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, which was nice. I would stay here again.

Perfect house for family and pets

Lots of space for family to enjoy family get-together. Easy check in & out process. Well equipped with everything we need. Easy to reach property manager when we have a problem with electricity. Highly recommended!

Great place

This was a great place, lots of room. If you have a large family and need to cook meals bring your own pot and pan, cooking sheets and knifes. We struggled with meals because the kitchen was not well stocked. Then beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Overall it was a good place.

Great for a large family

Quiet end of town and beach. Very large home with plenty of room to spread out. Good amenities for teens, young adults. Close to beach. Had most everything needed for cooking. Couldn't find a cookie pan, and the toaster didn't work. Overall a good find.

Last minute Bday weekend

Despite having an ant issue in the upstairs bathroom/bedroom causing our daughters to sleep elsewhere, several windows had a note saying not to open and a minor plumbing (bathroom) issue on the main floor, our stay was okay. The floor plan layout was nice, plenty of room. The beach access was quick and easy.

Cove neighborhood

Location was perfect. Our only observation is a few things could be updated, for instance; the couch in the l/r has seen better days and it would be great if the screws on the d/r table could be cut off as one of our party scraped his leg on one. We did like the basement for foosball snd games as those who needed sleep could not hear us. Thank you.

Great property.

Payout was awesome for our big family. Enough privacy. And area to have fun! Only feedback. There were no baking sheets, not enough towels, and the toaster was broken.

Nice Family House

This home was easy and comfortable for our group. I think it’s important to note that the bathrooms are quite small for such a large home and while most of the bedrooms are on the second floor, there is only one very small bathroom up there for four bedrooms. The third bathroom is in the basement with no bedrooms on that level. The house had plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc. for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is easy and the sound of the ocean is divine.

Check in Frustration

Check in code didn’t work and no body answered the phone. Waited about 15-20 minutes then someone called me back and reset the code. Overall not too bad. He was very helpful and apologetic.

Family from afar

Family from Utah, visiting old haunts. It was quiet and had plenty of room. One elderly person in our group fell off the first step on upstairs landing....should be marked better. Sugar ants became a problem even though we kept food picked up and surfaces clean. Didnt know we needed to buy dishwasher soap, could have used a baking sheet. They said they had board games and toys for kids, never found them. Overall was a great stay, nice house and all had fun.

Mom's bday

Upon arrival, sliding back door was broken. Holes in the couch pillows. Two rooms were missing tv's. BBQ was unusable for duration of stay. Rugs throughout the house were dirty/wet in places. White picnic table rusted with broken legs, totally unusable and unsafe. Main level bathroom toilet handle falling off and difficult to use. Only ocean view is from one bedroom on the top floor. Pots and Pans were all dirty, had to be washed prior to use.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was an easy walk down to the beach, and the floor plan of the house was perfect for our extended family. The house was "cute" and maintains a fun older style with the upstairs bedrooms. That said, we would not recommend this house due to poor cleaning and management. Here is a list of issues we encountered:- No sheets on one of the beds- No soap in any of the bathrooms. We did manage to find some and refill them ourselves.- No trashbags in the garbage cans- Trash left on the stairs- Used bar of soap in the hallway floor- Crumbs on the kitchen counter- Dirty silverware- Dirty rags left out- Fresh towels were brought, but just dropped off after we had been here, instead of stocked in the bathrooms- Had to clean the downstairs toilet because it was filthy on arrival- Had to re-vaccum- Mainfloor bedroom smelled like vomit (fortunately we didn’t need to use it)- The door codes were not set. They never fixed this, just gave us an old code for one of the doors.- The grill didn’t work. - Cleaner was still here 40 minutes after check-in, left her lunch on the counter and shoes by the door. Set the trip off very unprofessionally.We were directed to file a complaint through their Guest Experience Team and wait for a response…. They have made no followup, and I doubt they have addressed the issues at the house, so avoid this one, as it’s probably only going downhill from here.

Nordic house

9 family members with only 2 functioning bath rooms called repeatedly for maintenance took 2 days and than they were unable to fix. Asked for a plumber never heard back. Have tried repeatedly to speak to a representative of Meredith Lodging and have yet to hear from them
