Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

Great location!! Easy walk to the beach and marina. The roof top deck was awesome too. Elevator was useful when unloading and the pool was nice to hang out in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Ubers are a bit hard to come by if you want to go to Charleston, but the house is so gorgeous, you might not want to leave! The beds are comfortable, and there are so many places in the house to hang out as a big group. The pool is bigger than it seems in the pictures, but still big enough to have fun!

It was a quick walk to the beach and the marina. The kitchen is well-stocked and that's where we all ended up each evening. The second-floor family room and kitchenette got a lot of use from the older kids. Island Realty was very responsive when we had a brief problem with pool, which got a lot of use. A great choice.

Beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location was perfect, easy walk to the beach. We had two families and the layout of the house worked well. The kids loved the ping pong room. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean, chips on the floor, sand all over the back deck, hair in the shower etc. The pool was also filled with sand and debris and the water was freezing. Most disturbing was the huge stain on the king mattress upstairs (they tried to cover it with a mattress pad but the pad was shredded) and we didn't realize it until we took the sheets off before we left. If the cleaning crew could do a better job, change the king mattress and heat the pool it would be a great place to stay.

Very spacious kitchen, living, dining area, additional 2nd floor living area, a basement ping pong room plus 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms spread out across 2 floors allowed our family of 7 adults plus two under 3 to all enjoy the home together while also having the ability to have a lot of privacy. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach & nice half mile walk the opposite direction to the marina with restaurant & shopping. Very clean & nicely decorated - very comfy beds & couch. Great table we were able to seat 12 at when relatives visited. Pool was a bit small, but refreshing for a quick dip & well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with more than enough silver, glasses, dishes, pots & pans etc. Great house! Listed as ocean view, but probably could only see the ocean from the rooftop deck when all the leaves were off the trees, but still pretty convenient location.
