The kitchen is beautiful. It had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. There was only 1 dishtowel. It would have been helpful to have more. The parking was perfect for our 5 cars.

We arrived after hours but it was easy to get the gate code from the realty office.The house was spacious with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The children enjoyed the ping pong table especially.

The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, the kids loved their rooms, the pool and the ping pong room. We loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach and dock. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

Needs some repair work done. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. I believe the gutters are clogged as their was a flush of water into the pool every couple of minutes all day and night long.

The pool was cleaned the second day we were there and honestly had no issues! I would rent this house again! The only thing I would say is that guests would have to bring beach towels since there aren’t any in the house.

Elevator gave us some issues but the staff was right on it. A few things were missing like extra blankets, front Kirchhoff chairs and a few other things but no biggie. A great house for multiple people to have space.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Serious fruit fly issue. Overall the house was beautiful- but the fruit flies were too much. Garbage disposal had a terrible smell as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for an extended family long weekend. With 13 adults, (all kids over 17) we did not feel cramped. Great location!! Easy walk to the beach and marina. The roof top deck was awesome too. Elevator was useful when unloading and the pool was nice to hang out in. Wish we could have stayed longer.
