We loved the home and its location. Plenty of room for everyone and we loved spending time on the main level porch. The kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking.There was a leak in the hall in front of the elevator and 2 door handles were off on a bath and bedroom when we arrived. A great week of vacation

Totally enjoyable stay

Our group of college friends enjoyed this house- especially the porches! We had a wonderful stay, and had just one quibble -- with the condition of the cookware. A couple of new frying pans would fix that.

Daughter’s Wedding

Beautiful home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are layed out well for a large group. Everyone had their privacy. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Tennis tournament get away

Home was prefect for 8 ladies. Great location to get to the Credit One Stadium. Walking distance to restaurants was great.

A very merry family Christmas

This beautiful and spacious home was the perfect get-away for my family (3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law and 4 grandchildren). As a widow, mother, and grandmother, I cherish time with my family who all live in different states. We enjoyed everything about our stay - the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen (we enjoy cooking together), the decks, the dinette for our traditonal1000-piece puzzle after the kidsare in bed, walks on the beach for shell-collecting and playing at the playground, enjoying local restaurants and shops. The list could truly go on. I'm so grateful for the clear and helpful communication that made every bit of the rental process easy and trouble-free. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with this grateful family.

Great spot for a group!

We had a group of 9 women in town for a girls trip and this place was perfect. There was plenty of space for meals, hanging out, and getting ready, and many of us had our own room and bathroom which is a rarity. The host was communicative and check in/out was simple. Location is perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Place!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Such an easy walk to the beach and little downtown. So nice having the bikes and beach chairs left in the garage. Loved spending time on the porches - so spacious.

Family beach reunion

With family scattered around the country, we spent a week together at the beach. The house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, comfortable, and located with easy access to the beach. Michelle, the owner, was very responsive to questions. Thanks for a great week.

Excellent Experience

This was a great house! We were down during a tropical storm and ended up spending a lot of time in the house. The host was very easy to reach and checked in on the family a few times during the storm. The walk to the beach is very easy and the access point is one of the nicer ones I’ve seen. I recommend this house highly!

Family vacation to remember

This property was fantastic! Very short walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. House was well kept, clean, and large. Elevator was perfect for my parent that would have struggled with the stairs. So many decks to enjoy where you could hear the waves crashing in and a great kitchen for large family dinners. We enjoyed coffee from the many brewing options for sunrise every morning on the beach. All of this with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off and a large garage area with outdoor cooking. Check in was easy and the communication was always well responded to for needs. Amenities for beach fun like chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were available plus renting options on the beach We loved the quick walk to Shaka Shack for pineapple mango twist soft serve and gift shops. So many restaurants, grocery stores, and other rentals near by. Refuge was a great breakfast place. We had a less than 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston for the City Market, King Street, and Rainbow row. We also enjoyed the bulls island ferry with Al and Annie, very informative but pack water and good walking shoes. We also loved the Boone Plantation tours and Gulla lesson. So many restaurants, shopping, and fun with very friendly people. The show stopper was the beach.

Perfect beach house

Very well equipped house with great location near the beach and town center. Bed frame broke and owner sent replacement within a few hours. Very responsive and helpful. Perfect for our large family.

Beautiful IOP home!

I had a group of friends stay at this home for Memorial Day Weekend and cannot recommend it enough! Michelle and her team were efficient with communication and were able to accommodate all of our needs. They even provided recommendations for food and coffee in walking distance - highly recommend Cafe Paname (get there early!!) for coffee and Acme Lowcountry Kitchrn were some of our favorites!

Second visit as great as last year’s visit

Very family-friendly for multiple generations: 7 sizable bedrooms w/ plenty of bathrooms; elevator; nice kitchen w/ all necessary appliances and plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc; large dining room table; cozy TV room; and three great porches. Excellent location one short block from public beach access; two blocks from bars & restaurants but still a quiet street 24/7. Owner so kind and professional and responsive on check-in etc. Very well-cleaned and stocked on arrival. Hope our family’s schedulea allow us to keep returning in years ahead.

Perfect layout

The arrangement of rooms and bath were just right. The walk to town and to the beach was easy. We had a question, called the owner and got an answer right away. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Welcome to the "Falcons Nest"!!

For generations our family has been coming to the beautiful Isle of Palms as our gathering place!! We looked forward every summer to crossing over the connector and letting the weight of the world drop off our shoulders! I can't tell you how many wonderful life long memories have been created in this home and steps away at what we considered "our-beach"!
From sunrise strolls, midday jogs to evening walks watching the sunset! From picking up a cooler full of local fresh shrimp to make our annual "Frogmore Stew, to enjoying the countless great local restaurants to listening to live music from a plethora of beach side venues within a 5 minute walk! One of our favorites has always been the 4th of July fireworks and IOP Golf Cart Parade!
Our hope and prayer is that your family & friends will spend time gathering together and creating memories such as these, as we have through the years!
