FAQ's...
Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs?
- No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks, so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you we recommend booking an additional night for your stay.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.


Is the home suitable for children?
- Our home is great fun for children of all ages. We do offer a pack-n-play, baby bath, kid's dinnerware, strollers, and life jackets.


How far is it from the beach?
-We have 5 great beaches within driving distance. They range from 5-15 miles away.


Can I walk to the beach?
-That depends on how far you have to walk :) 99.9% take a car. There are public places to park and a FREE trolley that drives up and down the coast to be able to check out multiple areas.


Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.

Traveling for a Business Trip?
- For business trips or if you book travel for your company, Air b n b allows designated bookers at companies enrolled in Air b n b for Work to book trips on behalf of others.

SAFETY @ the Pool and Hot Tub
*Always have someone 18 and up on Lifeguard Duty and in charge of keeping track of all swimmers.
*Communicate with others the ability of all the swimmers present.
*NO DIVING - the pool has a deeper end, but NOT DEEP ENOUGH FOR DIVING
*Keep doors facing the pool locked at all times.
*Use the child gates provided if you have a wandering little one and often have doors left open.
*Use the life jackets provided as needed. Please let us know if you have a need for larger sizes or want to be sure we do have them available for your trip.
*No one under the age of 15 in the HOT TUB without adult supervision.
*Those with heart conditions, pregnant, etc should consult their doctors before using the hot tub.
*Do not use a hot tub that is over 104 degrees. It’s set to 100, please do not turn it up beyond that temperature.

Driveway and on-street parking. Please limit vehicles to 4.

Best to have a car to be able to take full advantage of the local area attractions and beaches.

**Optional pool heat $25/day -max $200/stay up to 2 weeks.
**Optional extra HOT hot tub - $100/stay (without this the pool and hot tub will be the same temperature)

NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE - $250/stay if communicated before check-in. $300/stay for failure to inform the host prior to check-in

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee - Quiet neighborhood 10 pm-8 am at the house/outside by the pool
🐶 Dogs; $250 fee 1st pet - $150 fee 2nd pet - Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals. The fee will be $300 if the pet accompanies the guest without notice.
🌊 - Pool/Hot Tub heat; $25/day ($200 max/visit) $100 Hot Tub heat fee/stay
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $200 fee
🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest - please double check your registration information at the time of booking and before arrival and notify us of any changes.
🕙 $40 per hour late fee for late check-out (after 10 am) - 🧽 cleaning staff is paid regardless of start time.

🥩 Please check propane levels when you arrive. There is a spare tank for your use; if you use the spare, please let us know so we can refill it after you checkout. We will gladly reimburse you if you have to run and swap the tanks.
