Great short stay

We had a great weekend getaway from the city at this property. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool. It had all of the basics for cooking. We would stay here again!

Very convenient and comfortable stay.

Our family of four really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, updated and well equipped. Also close to the shuttle. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great location and condo

Nice condo in a great location. The unit is well laid out and stocked well. Very clean and easy to get to. Right next to a bus stop.

Ski weekend for 2 couples

We booked this VRBO last minute and were quite pleased with the value. The condo is small but was thoughtfully furnished and updated nicely. The showers were awesome!

Great location

Great location that’s close to the shuttle stop. This unit is pretty small so if you have two couples and kiddos, it gets busy in the kitchen etc. Serves the purpose of a relaxation place and jumping off point from activities. The complex shower needs directions listed in the second bathroom.

Good location - needs updating

This place met our needs and had some very nice features, but could use updating: Pros: - Good location for the price, good parking, clean kitchen with new appliances, good beds, great bathrooms, easy check-in, good communication - Close to groceries and market area of Snowmass with great eating and shops. (drive 2 to 5 minutes) Cons: - Everything should work - the blinds in the living room don't work, the fans in one bedroom makes noise, the lights in the living burn way too hot to leave on (halogen bulbs!) - At the price, the kitchen should be stocked with the basics (salt, pepper, coffee, filters, oil) - the answer we received is we get whatever the previous person left behind (keeping it stocked would be easy) - Some things are tired: the sofas are very old and saggy, the carpet is very old. We had to leave a day early because of fires and road closures and the manager wouldn't consider a refund for the last day and he indicated the fire was no big deal through the week. (It grew from 3000 acres to 30000 acres). Without us the place would have been empty as we booked last minute. Even refunding half of the day would have been a good gesture. Overall we loved the location.

We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, bedding, great bathrooms, parking, check in process, communication and many other things stated in your review. We'll share your feedback about the blinds, carpet and couch with the homeowner. We don't keep consumeables we find it unsanitary especially with Covid. We actually throw away consumeables, we do not keep them. In regards to your request for a refund, our General Manager is a woman so we're not sure who you spoke to. We're glad you enjoyed almost everything about the condo. However we're sad that you rated it 3 stars. This is our first low rating for this property and we'll strive to make it our last.

Amazing views

Some days you jist wanna go skiing in some days you just want to have a fire lookout over the mountains. This is a great location to do both.

The property is appointed with character and some style. However, the kitchen is quite dated and basic. One of the showers was broken and we couldn't use it. However, the biggest disappointment was lack of any service or amenities. Pool and jacuzzi were not available, though many other condos and hotels had them open at this time. The property doesn't provide any transportation from/to airport, which is standard in all other Snowmass properties we stayed at in the past. Even though we stayed for nine days, there was no housekeeping service whatsoever. We were told that there is no housekeeping service because of COVID, however we could book a basic service of change of towels etc. for an extra fee. It felt that the management's philosophy here is to strip away any service/amenities they can get away with, without providing any discount.

Great Snowmass Condo

Very nice Snowmass condo. Not high-end luxury, but has everything one would need for a ski trip. Convenient bus shuttle stop right outside the condo. Well appointed kitchen. Bed/bath updated and clean. Can walk or bus to local grocery store (5 min). Solid hot tub for development a short walk away. Would stay there again.
