Property and Stay were Amazing!

Chris was a perfect host! The house was incredible and the communication was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay again! We had a blast!

Tons of room and well supplied

Not Luxury but very nice with great room for visiting, eating and a nice pool outside with seating for quiet conversation in the evening. Huge (looong) dining table with about 16 chairs. It could use a little more light for playing games and putting puzzles together. I don’t normally pay that much for lodging but it was perfect for the large family gathering celebrating our 60th anniversary!! Property manager (Chris) was great to respond to any questions we had about the property!!

Great Weekend

Great home, clean with very large rooms and all king sized beds. Very comfortable for our party of 19. Backyard is mini resort like. Our host, Chris, provided probably the best service I have ever received. Very Very punctual with my inquiries and always provided a solution. Very accommodating. We are bbq buffs so we loved the coal bbq and its process but it may be a bit of work for others. Highly recommended.

Options for Everyone!

Our FTC Nevada State Champions robotics team needed a place to call home for the week for the FTC World Championship competition. We found the perfect place for what we needed!!! The team had a variety of things to do, which included shooting some pool, playing card games, team bonding, and playing in the pool!!! The adults further developed their relationships in addition to enjoying the amenities daily. The bedrooms in this house gave us more than enough flexibility to accommodate each family for their sleeping arrangements. The highlight for us, as a group, was the large dinner table. We were able to eat together as a family and that was such a blessing!!! Thank you to Chris and his management team for making our stay so memorable!!! This house really is the perfect house for a multi-family stay!!!

Daughter’s wedding

Family reunion for engagement party

The home was perfect. We had 15 adults and there was more than enough room. BIG kitchen had everything we needed! Pool was clean and used daily. Loved the pool table and the big LONG table so everyone could sit together!

Enjoyed our stay!

This home is well maintained and huge! The main reason we picked this property over others is because of the kitchen/living room layout. My family of 10 were all able to relax comfortably in the living room at the same time without feeling like we were crowded. We also cooked all of our meals at the house. The kitchen is large and worked great for us. The backyard is a good large size, complete with a pool. More than enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The house is located in nice neighborhood and only a few minutes away from grocery stores and other retail. Would stay again!

Don’t stay here if you want to be constantly watched!

This is a very large and nice house but if you have more than four cars I suggest you do not stay here. You cannot control the climate in the house and between The ring camera and the neighbors next-door they will be constantly watching and calling. Do not have any additional guest other than the people you list are staying there because they will have a problem. I definitely felt profiled .they have people watching that will call you if the tv is too loud or . Somebody down the street had guest parking near the neighbors and they asked me about it . I can’t police the neighborhood ! Every time they asked me to do something I did it and still had tremendous difficulty this is by far the worst rental I have ever had if it’s not a single family I would not recommend you stay there.They look for any little reason to not return your deposit we cleaned wash towels didn’t have anything out of place and I still did not get my money back . They never gave me a reason .

Everything was perfect I stayed there for my birthday weekend with some friends the space was great

Our stay there was great. The pool was amazing close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and Casey was an amazing host will stay here again.

Greatest vacation ever

Casey & Vanessa’s House is the best house I’ve ever stepped foot in. Their professionalism is outstanding. If I needed any assistance Casey was one call or text away... if you plan on visiting Houston anytime I recommend you book with them you will not regret it.
