Beautiful family friendly place to stay

The property was kept very clean and tidy always. The pool was always kept clean and was never crowded. The unit we stayed in was perfect for myself and my family vacation. We will book this same condo again next year if available.

Beautiful condo

Best, largest porch ever!! Spent lots of time watching dolphins, etc. security was fantastic! Very friendly and noticed immediately that we had a flat tire on our vehicle and called us. Then even came by to check on it. Parking is really good. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful property, beautiful, spacious and perfect for a large family vacation. Our only complaint is that we contacted maintenance 2 times, on the day of arrival for a non working ice machine and towards the end of the stay due to a cracked toilet seat, both times we were told they would send someone right away to fix and we never heard or saw from anyone. No repairs were made.

Family vacation

It was very nice. View was awesome loved the condo. Was minor things with condo. One toilet seat broken. Garbage disposal not working the best. Ice machine not working filter needed changed. But over all was great. Wasnt anything that ruined our vacation. I would recommended this condo to others

Our July 4th Week

Perfect place for our group. Some came first day and had to leave mid- week. But overlapped with others who came 3rd day etc. It is such a well kept resort and condo. Quiet, easy access to pool and beach. And family friendly area . Close enough to everything. Enjoyed it all!

Beautiful Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures! The view is breath taking. The condo is very clean and up to date. The resort is awesome and relaxing. The security guards are so helpful and nice that patrol the resort. The check in process was easy and the owners are great people to work with! Will definitely be staying here again! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Great location & space - would definitely stay here again

We were pleasantly surprised with all this condo had to offer. Plenty of space for our family of 8 with a huge balcony to enjoy. Our only disappointment was that the 2nd king sized bed is in one of the smaller secondary bedrooms instead of the second master suite and the day bed/trundle room is very small, but we were able to create sleeping arrangements that worked for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and appliances (although could more silverware & hand towels). All in all, the condo was very clean and spacious, and we were very pleased with our stay. We were there during spring break, but the location is well east of the main strip so it was more quiet and not over-crowded. The amenities were great with a huge pool area and easy access to the beach. We would definitely recommend En Soleil.

Wonderful ❣️

The property was amazing!!! Enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Only downfall was Emerald Coast Destination. Will never rent a property managed by them again. Reserved property 11 months prior and had an issue with dates because of Covid. I don't expect something for nothing but I do expect good and emphatic customer service and did not receive that. I received rude responses and no follow through. Excellent property, bad management by company NOT by the owners.

Family vacation

Upon arrival everything seemed as expected, nice condo that we paid a lot of $$$ for since we didn’t allow much time to look around and mostly everything was already booked for our dates. After some time spent, we notice how poorly cleaned the place was. Also found mold around the Jets in the master tub, the ice maker in the kitchen was pretty gross so I wouldn’t use it for anything but coolers. Then there’s the grill. Unless you want to spend a day taking it completely apart and cleaning it, I would not advise planning to use it. The amount of grease build up in the bottom of it will easily start a grease fire once it gets up to temperature.

Property manager and VRBO not doing their job

We discovered bed bugs in one bedroom and reported. My granddaughter took video. We reported and someone came out and verified there was bugs. Also reported that we didn’t have wi-fi service. They reset wi-fi , and when we still couldn’t get internet service, they said we’d have to contact the owner, but I could not find the owner, so I continued to contact Property managers. Never was resolved. Exterminated came and checked all beds and furniture and discovered that the second bed in same room also had bugs. He sprayed both foundations but not too mattress since the spray not healthy to breathe. We attempted to get Property manager to compensated us for the inconvenience and the unused days, but as of yet, nothing has been done. Additionally VRBO was supposed to help us find another place, but my call was cut off and I repeatedly tried to get back in touch, by calls and e-mails, but to no avail. They had my phone number, that was verified at the beginning of the call, but they never tried to call me. I stayed on the phone more than I stayed in the sun. Overall, worst vacation I’ve had!!!!!!!
