We discovered bed bugs in one bedroom and reported. My granddaughter took video. We reported and someone came out and verified there was bugs. Also reported that we didn’t have wi-fi service. They reset wi-fi , and when we still couldn’t get internet service, they said we’d have to contact the owner, but I could not find the owner, so I continued to contact Property managers. Never was resolved. Exterminated came and checked all beds and furniture and discovered that the second bed in same room also had bugs. He sprayed both foundations but not too mattress since the spray not healthy to breathe. We attempted to get Property manager to compensated us for the inconvenience and the unused days, but as of yet, nothing has been done. Additionally VRBO was supposed to help us find another place, but my call was cut off and I repeatedly tried to get back in touch, by calls and e-mails, but to no avail. They had my phone number, that was verified at the beginning of the call, but they never tried to call me. I stayed on the phone more than I stayed in the sun. Overall, worst vacation I’ve had!!!!!!!
