ロイヤルカハナリゾートでアロハの本当の感覚を体験してください！ 私たちは家のすべての設備を備えた需要の多い地上レベルの���ンドミニアムを提供しています。 この広々としたスタジオスイート（ユニット＃119）は、美しい島の装飾でエレガントに改装されています。 ロイヤルカハナ119には、壮大なオーシャンビューのプライベートラナイ、花��岩のカウンターを備えた設備の整った最先端のキッチン、シャワー付きの美しいタイル張りのバスルームがあります。 追加のソファースリーパーはクイーンサイズのベッドに折りたたまれ、4人がいつでも快適に眠ることができます！ キッチンには、コーヒーポット、ブレンダー、料理、グルメ料理を作るのに必要な調理器具がすべて備わっています。 夕日を眺めたり、海岸に打ち寄せる波を聞きながら、ベランダやダイニングルームで食事を楽しむことができます。 ご希望の場合は、リゾートの緑豊かなトロピカルな敷地内にあるバ���ベキューグリルで屋外でお食事をお楽しみください。
プロの清掃会社を使用しています。

また、便宜のために、ユニットにはブロードライヤー、リネン、タオルがあり、専用の洗濯機と乾燥機も付いています。 これよりずっと良くなることはありません！

リゾートでは、温水プール、シャッフルボード、フィットネスセンター、アクティビティデスク、WI-FIをご利用いただけます。 12月から4月にかけて、海を散歩しながらクジラの侵入を見ることができます。

r handle was barely working and then stopped working mid stay (you fixed this when I brought it to your attention thank you). The shower head could probably be replaced. The spray from the shower ends up outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor and the wood trim on the walls. The flooring directly in front of the toilet has a large gap in it. The curtain rod connection in the middle is not properly secured. Garbage from who knows where is right outside the sliding doors and seems to act like a collection point (we thought maybe someone from the “resort” cleans that area not sure), at night we can hear all the trash moving around in the area of the lanai that is attached to this unit. There is visible food splatter on the side of the fridge. The kitchen seems well stocked with the exception on a spatula

Perfect spot for an escape

Loved this unit. Being able to walk out to the pool was amazing and we were surprised as the beach was accessible. Saw whales and turtles there every day. Location was great with basic groceries and restaurants walking distance. Room had great amenities. Beach towels and a cooler provided made it easy for beach days. Free coffee in the mornings in the lobby, which was nice. Only small issue was with the patio door closed there was a wind tunnel that we couldn't get to stop whistling no matter what we tried. Lots of other people's trash also ended up on our patio from the wind as well.

Christmas 2 nights

This was a very clean comfortable unit which was quiet because it's at the end of the hall. The location is great. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Bed was clean with mattress protector and crisp white sheets, and nice mattress.

Classy Studio Easy Access

I loved staying here as a single woman! First floor, end of hallway, no elevator needed. Great ocean breeze, peekaboo view of ocean and pool. Decor soothing and classy ocean blues.

Our stay

The property was in great shape. Bottom level so you can walk straight to the pool and back in your own door. The closest beach access walking is about 6-8 minutes, this resort does not have beach access. Comfortable bed and room.

The kitchen and barbecue on the property worked great to cook meals and save money. The only downside is that the beach immediately in front of the property is not accessible due to beach erosion. You can walk across the neighboring property to the south and access Kahana bay beach, however.

Royal Kahana unit 119 👍🏽

Unit was small but had almost everything we needed. We had AC and fan going 24/7 for cooler indoor temps. Outdoor lanai was pretty but all garbage carried by wind will pool on this lanai. Easy access to the heated pool, but NO access to beachfront, as it has eroded away over time and has been cordoned off. Unit Owner would not budge on a late checkout, which truly spoiled ending our trip on a high note - you can leave your baggage at the front desk, which is kind of the resort to do. My major qualm is, if flights do not arrive until LATE, then a late checkout should be considered for those who have a LATE departure - you end up paying for place that you do not get your moneys worth. A real shame the Unit Owner was not understanding of this.
