Perfect ski weekend

Property was clean and beautiful. Short walk down the drive to 4oclock run. Do have to cross road, local access road that isn’t busy, to get to lift. Property owners where great communicators and was a pleasant stay.

Excellent property - Well maintained

Great location with easy access to 4-o'clock run. Don't miss the access trail back to the condo or it's another run for you, or a bus ride if you miss the Snowflake lift connection!Great layout with lots of room and rooms. Heated garage, Private hot tub is a nice touch and in great shape and maintained during your stay. We had a great time!

Breck 2025

It’s our third time going to Breck and stayed at this property. We love everything about it! It’s lovely and the owners think about everything you might need. If you have a problem, they immediately come and fix it. Only a very humble suggestion. Maybe, if itis possible, the mattress in the Main bedroom needs a little refresh. We hope to go back again next year. Thanks for a wonderful ski trip vacation

Great would stay again

Great location NOT to far down on 4'oclock run - you ski down 4 o'clock run but immediately take 2 turns to the right and go to the snowflake lift. (so you dont go into town). Each room has their own bathroom with shower, etc. lots of room to hang out in the family room and kitchen table. private Hot tub perfect!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful place and very well stocked to accommodate myself, husband, sister, brother-in-law, and their 3- and 4-year-olds. It was the kids' first time in a ski cabin, and it could not have been better! Thank you again for a beautiful vacation full of wonderful memories. Hope to come back next year!

Breck 24

The house was clean and neat when we arrived. There was a couple of minor issues (clogged shower, loose electrical outlets) but manager came right away to fix them. The only problem is the master bedroom’s mattress needs to be replaced. The right side is very uneven, and it sinks. The base or the box spring have to be checked as well. Also maybe an extra wash towel and towel would be nice. (There was one wash towel and 3 bath towels). We asked for an hypoallergenic pillow and they provided it. Which was very highly appreciated. Also humidifiers were provided. We definitely be back!!

Holiday retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is as described but better. My family and I have vacationed and stayed at a lot of VRBO's this one far exceeds most. Comfortable lots of space to spread out and the kitchen is by far the best equipped. I usually always bring spices for any cooking we might do along with olive oil. These are things you don't want to purchase. This place had it all! Only thing I would suggest, and it's not just this place but any rental...cant they supply more than 2 dishtowels? That being said if that's the only complaint from so folks that are picky this is definitely a 5 star. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful stay!

This home was extremely clean when we arrived. We loved everything about this home. It was fully stocked with anything we could need. The hot tub was our favorite part. All of the beds were comfortable. This place was perfect for our group. owners were very responsive. We will come back!

Great summer condo in Breck

Clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Walk back is uphill but can take bus. Very responsive owners. Would stay again!

Great place

The property was wonderful! Close to everything and if you couldn’t walk to the area you needed to go, the free bus could take you. Well appointed and spacious, with a brand new hot tub. Everything was at your fingertips for a delightful stay in Breck. We will be back!

Spacious and well-designed home for large group

Our party of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay. I loved being up in the hills a bit, and our more athletic family members enjoyed the trek into town and back. We saw a moose right in the backyard! Everyone agreed we would love to come back. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great stay for girls weekend!

We were a group of four adults who stayed at the property for a girls getaway. The condo was perfect giving us each our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was pristine. The layout was perfect and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The shuttle to town was convenient and easy to navigate. The stop was just a short walk up the road. Very pleased with our entire stay!

This property has it ALL! Great Location to town and easy access to the chairlift/4 oclock run. EXTREMELY clean, lots of room for 8 of us (4 kids and 4 adults) lots of games/puzzles, great kitchen set up, hot tub, comfy pillows and blankets. The hosts were VERY responsive to our requests for early check in and late check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This location is fantastic. Just a few steps to the 4:00 run. Easy access to all the great restaurants of Breckenridge Owners were great to work with and property was exactly how it was described. Hope to go back soon!

Great location

The space was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The location was great with easy access to the lift. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Great Ski-in Ski-out Townhome

Great townhome with plenty of space to hang out for our group of 5. Having two Living / TV rooms was nice. The hot tub was great. Ski-in Ski-out was perfect. Nice woodsy view from the main level as well; the Fox we saw twice was a bonus. Driving, Check-in and parking instructions were timely, accurate and easy. Check out was simple as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This property is fantastic! The owners were great, communication top notch and the house was amazing! The location is just amazing to ski in/ski out from the 4 o'clock run. Just a short, peaceful walk to get to the run and you avoid all the parking and chaos at the lodge. For those not skiing, there's a nice hot tub, movies, books, games....tons to do. The owners do not overlook the small details - every single bathroom and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need! I could have packed a lot less! Absolutely loved everything about my stay at this location!
