Excellent for families has everything you need.

Good easy check in process, plenty of room and extremely easy to access groomed run down to chairlift from property. Would stay again for sure.

No complaints. Everything as listed. Super clean and well maintained. Loved the fireplace and the ability to go straight to the slopes vis the snowflake lift. Would stay here again!

My group had the best stay over the New Year. It was so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our favorite amenities were the kitchen, fireplace, and hot tub, of course. It was also the perfect location, close to Main Street and the Snowflake lift. Overall, the home could not have been better. We'd definitely book it again!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at this property. Dave and Katie were great to work with and we were allowed to check in early as there was no one staying in the condo the night before. Everything was as advertised and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Beautiful home with all the works!

Great, large house with plenty of cool stuff to do inside and out! Great hot tub, plenty of space, close to town and all of the amenities! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

This location is fantastic. Just a few steps to the 4:00 run. Easy access to all the great restaurants of Breckenridge Owners were great to work with and property was exactly how it was described. Hope to go back soon!

Great location

The space was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The location was great with easy access to the lift. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Excellent property - Well maintained

Great location with easy access to 4-o'clock run. Don't miss the access trail back to the condo or it's another run for you, or a bus ride if you miss the Snowflake lift connection!Great layout with lots of room and rooms. Heated garage, Private hot tub is a nice touch and in great shape and maintained during your stay. We had a great time!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful place and very well stocked to accommodate myself, husband, sister, brother-in-law, and their 3- and 4-year-olds. It was the kids' first time in a ski cabin, and it could not have been better! Thank you again for a beautiful vacation full of wonderful memories. Hope to come back next year!

Perfect ski weekend

Property was clean and beautiful. Short walk down the drive to 4oclock run. Do have to cross road, local access road that isn’t busy, to get to lift. Property owners where great communicators and was a pleasant stay.

Great place

The property was wonderful! Close to everything and if you couldn’t walk to the area you needed to go, the free bus could take you. Well appointed and spacious, with a brand new hot tub. Everything was at your fingertips for a delightful stay in Breck. We will be back!

Well done. Even washing machine tablets and dryer sheets (enough for our stay).Hot tub was great.Whole family had places to chill and also get together.

Great summer condo in Breck

Clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Walk back is uphill but can take bus. Very responsive owners. Would stay again!

Spacious and well-designed home for large group

Our party of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay. I loved being up in the hills a bit, and our more athletic family members enjoyed the trek into town and back. We saw a moose right in the backyard! Everyone agreed we would love to come back. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

This home was extremely clean when we arrived. We loved everything about this home. It was fully stocked with anything we could need. The hot tub was our favorite part. All of the beds were comfortable. This place was perfect for our group. owners were very responsive. We will come back!

10 stars out of 5!!

This property has it ALL! Great Location to town and easy access to the chairlift/4 oclock run. EXTREMELY clean, lots of room for 8 of us (4 kids and 4 adults) lots of games/puzzles, great kitchen set up, hot tub, comfy pillows and blankets. The hosts were VERY responsive to our requests for early check in and late check out. We would definitely stay here again!
