The location was just across the road from a beach access point, which was great! Had elevator and stair access, with plenty of parking when we went. Host were very polite and helpful. The condo was super clean and plenty of space. Only thing we did notice was that the couch was not a pull out, which isn’t a massive deal but we did expect that. Our group loved the place!

What a perfect spot for our annual moms and sons trip! It can be hard finding a bedroom that can sleep all 4 boys but this layout worked perfectly. The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, amazing location. Beach was perfect, pool nice! Great communication! Will 100% be back again!

Everything was great except the location of the pool. It was across the street and behind another building. The pool was right by the beach, but there was no quick access to the beach from the pool. You had to walk back towards the buildings and down another path to get to the beach.

Thanks Shawn! Beach access from the pool had to be blocked due to a dune enhancement project that made it inaccessible. However, we are currently reviewing proposals to build a walkover bridge to provide direct beach access again. When you stay with us next year you can check it out!! ;)

Very nice and well decorated. Plenty of room for my family.

Our stay was very nice. Plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and all the extra goodies that was provided. The only issue we had was it wasn't cleaned very well from the previous vacationers. We found lots of dust and dirt and even a piece of glass on the floor. We would like to stay again if we go back to that part of Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach 2015 from the Florida, New York Gang

Rented this Condo for a week in July / August. 2 Families shared the unit. The Condo was Fabulous ... Just as the description states. Walking distance to the Ocean .... Flip Flops Bar .... & the World Famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar. We were lucky enough to have Jeff hook us up with another Condo Owner in the complex & had 2 other families join us for the vacation week. The Condo Unit was very clean & was very well furnished. Washer & Dryer were an added bonus. Jeff was very easy to deal with & our Vacation went off without any hitches. Would defintely rent this unit again & will be recommending it to anyone visting the Myrtle Beach area.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay ,I have 2 teenage daughters and we all had a blast ,easy access to everything. No hidden fee`s or surprises when we arrived and booked. Unit was everything owner says it is and my wife appreciated the candle when we left so we can use it when we arrived back to our home for a great reminder ! Jeff was very easy to deal with no sales pitch just a genuine guy.

Question about condo

Hello, I was interested in renting your condo for a week. We would like to bring our motorcycles and trailer, does the condominium allow that? Would we need to call ahead to make arrangements for a place to park the trailer?
