Great location on beach

This property met all of our family's needs and the location is beautiful. We love this area of North Myrtle Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We definitely hope to stay here again.

You couldn’t be closer to the ocean, every detail was taken care of, the place was very clean. Easy communication. This place exceeded our expectations. Don’t think that you could find a better value for your dollar.

Very nice and great location!

The condo was very comfortable and the location can't be beat. We walked for ice cream and everything else was a short drive. The beach was beautiful and right outside the door. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon

Great place, felt very homey and very comfortable. Wonderfully clean! We just relaxed after a very stressful first quarter to this year... it was needed badly and this place checked all the boxes. Fabulous condo great location!

We have stayed at Pelican's Landing before but this condo was hands down our favorite. We loved being literally steps away from the pool and the beach we never once had to catch the elevator. The condo is nicely decorated and the host is very accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Everything was just as we hoped it would be! We are looking forward to staying again!

Amazing time!

We rented this condo over the 4th of July week. Loved that the enclosed pool area you overlook is locked by 10 pm. Great for families. Beautiful view of the ocean! Watched fireworks from the belcony! We plan to rent again! 5 stars!

1st floor but high enough for beautiful views of the ocean, pool and nice at night on the balcony. Clean. Nice for family. Rather spacious. Owner was very nice and attentive.

Great place and location. Everything clean and beds super comfortable. Would be nice to have ceiling fans since you cant change the air temperature. It got very hot. It was well stocked and very enjoyable.

Amazing

We rented this condo for a girls weekend at the beach, we truly got more than we expected. This condo was immaculate, clean, and well maintained. Looked exactly like the pictures. The owner Melinda was very good at communicating with us, and super helpful. Loved our stay there and we can't wait to go back again.

Sounds of the ocean

Weather was perfect with 72 high and cool nights. Doors open with screens made for an awesome night sleeping to the crashing of waves. Locations was perfect, not overly crowded beach, and close to everything. Flip flops bar and grill across the street, another amazing find. Able to easily wash baseball uniforms between days, well stocked kitchen, couldn't ask for anything more.

Great Location on the beach

Enjoyed our stay and will consider this property before all the others in the future. Short walk to Ocean Annie’s, Flip Flops, and Apache Pier. It’s close to my favorite restaurant Captain Bennett’s Calabash Seafood. Very functional living space. Melinda made our trip hassle free. Just show up and relax. Everything is provided. Thank you

perfect location - everything we could have hoped for

We had an amazing stay!!! The condo was perfect. And the location was to die for. We were directly on the beach with a pool just steps to the sand. Melinda was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately with any questions we had. We will definitely be back and rent off of Melinda again. Beautiful condo. Spacious and absolutely breathtaking location. Thank you!!!!!

Shore Drive Pelicans Landing home away from home

Perfect low key location for my family and I. Over the years we've always stayed on Shore Drive due to its location. Great short walk to the Apache Pier, great food & service at Flip flops, and to top it off great entertainment at Ocean Annie's. Our 3 br condo supplied us enough space and distance between rooms for added privacy. The ceiling fan in the screened in balcony is definitely an added plus gave it enough air movement on those hot and humid days in July, this made a big difference. Want to thank Melanie for her quick response to my questions I had prior to our visit. Thank you again and look forward to future bookings for years to come. ~ from Connecticut

Wonderful place to stay!

We are two sisters, retired educators originally from Athens Georgia. We meet every summer for our sister trip. This is our 20th year and this place was one of the best units ever. #105 is a perfect location and so well-stocked. The washer and dryer were nice to have. Melinda was very helpful and gave us good information. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, the pool, and the beach. Security was always within sight so we felt very safe. We did not rent a car and were very pleased with Uber. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be right on the beach! Thanks to Melinda for all of her help! She was wonderful!

Great Condo But

The bathroom off of the master bedroom was under renovation while we were there. They were not working on it while we were there as they were to resume work after we left. A minor inconvenience as it was just my wife and I. Melinda gave us a heads up before we arrived so it was not a surprise. When that bathroom is finished, and I am sure it is by now, that condo will be very, very nice. Everything else is great and she is a great host. I highly recommend staying there as the area and the condo are fantastic
