The location was great for our visit allowing us to easily walk to everything including around the historic neighborhood and park! Would probably like black out curtain option with or instead of blinds but otherwise lovely.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location, close to Downtown and Chevy Chase, without any hassle of traffic. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The host was gracious and easy to contact! I will stay here again!

Great house in great neighborhood. House could be cleaned better specifically the shower and air vents. Lots of cobwebs throughout and ivy from back yard had grown into the house from back door. Stocked with necessities.

Excellent place to stay in Lexington!

This was a charming house with everything we needed. Short walk downtown, a block from a big park with outdoor pool and playground. Wonderful host who was super friendly and accommodating! Thanks so much for an excellent stay!

Great house! Plenty of room, quaint neighborhood, and clean. The most enjoyable surprise was all the excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would book again - A+.

Perfect for our trip

The home was perfect for our trip. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very fast to answer any questions we had. We are hoping to stay again next year for the same trip.

UK move in

Was a great stay for helping (3 of us) my son move in to UK and taking some of the area’s beauty. Close enough to campus, quite, cute and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

This house is in a perfect location. The neighborhood is lovely. We took walks in the area every day. Historically, it was THE high end neighborhood of Chevy Chase, in its day and many of the homes from that era have been beautifully renovated by a trust. Also, plenty of restaurants, little stores & boutiques, as well as close to colleges. The house was impeccably clean and roomy. The beds & pillows perfect. We slept better than at home!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient to UK campus. Next to a very nice park. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but nice inside. Clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen(but didn’t use), off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Could use some oil in the door hinges very squeaky. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to campus. Went to Keeneland which was only a 20 minute drive away. The accommodations were perfect. The house is well appointed and clean. We will definitely be back as our daughter is a freshman at UK and this is the perfect place to stay.

Great place but a little under equipped

Charming updated older home. Great location. Beds were comfortable. There were some things missing you would normally expect in a vacation rental. For example there was no toaster, no potato peeler, measuring spoons, there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. The biggest thing missing was a surface or counter of any kind to eat at or work at (e.g. a kitchen table, a desk, a counter). There just wasn’t anything like that so we sat on the couch or floor to eat meals or use a laptop. If that wouldn’t bother your group than this is a nice place.

Lovely neighborhood

Good communication and easy booking. Safe, safe, safe neighborhood; we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and saying hello to all of the dog walkers! Magees Bakery is a short walk away and has the best biscuits and pastries!

Cozy gem

Sarah has a cozy little gem right near UK's campus. The house was perfect for us while we visited our daughter, and the location was a quick walk or drive to anything. The house is so cute and comfortable, and Sarah is super responsive!

Great place, great location

The house is spacious and adorable. Plenty of room for us and our teenagers not to be on top of each other. Great neighborhood to take a walk or run anytime! Sarah was great to respond when we had a question. Would highly recommend this place.
