Overall this was a nice place to stay - great location wonderful neighborhood. A few updates would have made it excellent (updated towels and more kitchen supplies).

Great stay in LEX for a long weekend!

Had a great time at this property for a long weekend in Lex. Host was communicative and helpful both with questions prior to our trip, and during our stay. Great location and walking distance to several places including a coffee shop, neighborhood bars, and restaurants. Would recommend!

Great location!

Great location to everything walkable in Chevy Chase neighborhood. House was clean, spacious for family of 6. Highly recommend!

This property gets a five as a great place for a bunch of guys to do a football weekend. It's not going to knock your socks off, but the description is pretty good. If you are looking for something "upscale" you would not like this place, but for the price iand location it exceeded expectations.

This house is in a great location of Chevy Chase, great walkable neighborhood, coffee shops, boutiques and amazing restaurants all walkable - my favs Char - Coffee shop in the morning, lite dinner menu and drinks at night- beautiful decor, bella cafe - another great restaurant. There is an ice cream shop and some old long time standing bars.The house was great we were celebrating a graduation- 5 bedrooms were great, my recommendation would be to have mirrors in all bedrooms since there are only 2 bedrooms, doors are both bathrooms are tricky. Some minor repairs are needed : no railing on stairs going to the bedrooms, cracks and fresh paint would be good. Would have been great to have outdoor furniture in the back of the yard, the front porch is nice but could use a refresh on the furniture.We were there Thursday - Sunday and it all worked out.All in all good- it was just nice to be together under one roof.

Great house, great location

Everything fantastic except hot tub. Didn't use, seemed not so clean (consistent with other reviews). The house was clean inside, great space for a party of 5 people. The neighborhood is fantastic with a lot of great things within walking distance. Host very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Beds

This location is an excellent place to sleep with comfortable mattresses. It is missing some of the comforts of home (clocks, draperies to block the sound/light, blow dryer, lamps in the living areas, each bed only has 2 non-decorative pillows) and has some maintenance issues (back yard scattered with trash, hot tub is moldy/unusable, outdoor chairs are dirty, light bulbs missing, no handrail on stairs, dishwasher has tipped/improper installation). But, the indoor spaces are clean and it is in a great location for my family of 4 to easily get to Lexington adventures! Many restaurants, bakeries, coffee, and UK within walking distance.
