Great for Large Family Gathering

Exactly as described! Rooms were great, especially the bunk room for kids. Our family lived on the nice big deck and really enjoyed the hot tub and kayaks. Appreciated that the kitchen was adequately stocked to have enough of everything, like coffee cups, for all guests. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible Experience – Unresponsive Host, Reservation Canceled Upon Arrival

Booked our stay for family of 14 (grandparents, cousins, etc) 4 months in advance. Received no communicaition from host except for requests for payment. 2 days before our arrival, host sent door code and check in instructions. 4 hours before our arrival, host (without identifying themselves) sent a link via text, outside of VRBO, asking us for a security deposit. When we arrived at the home, door code did not work, and host would not respond to messages on VRBO or phone calls at the number listed on VRBO. We finally called the number from whence we'd received the strange text, asking who they were. They identified themselves as the host, and demanded the deposit before they would give us a door code which worked. We contacted VRBO, waited on phone for an hour, transferred to a higher up, waited another hour. We sat at the home for 3 hours trying to find a solution. After we escalated the complaint with VRBO, host canceled the resercalled and threatened us,

Great Family Gathering Place

We loved our stay at Blue Bird! The outdoor space was amazing and had something for everyone. Having the dock with the kayaks was super fun and the kids loved swimming and fishing in the cove. The inside was spacious and the large dining table and kitchen island made it easy for big family meals. The Overnight Digs team was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

Quiet getaway with family

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The area was quiet and not far from the Hot Springs downtown. We were able to sightsee, dine out and enjoy the beautiful house. The place was spacious enough that all 3 grandparents had their own room and the kids had their little “hangout.”

Lakeside Haven

Beautiful home on Lake Hamilton with tons of room. There is the cutest little playhouse for children under the stairs! We loved the outside seating and the beautiful views of the sunset. What a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Place!

We had a group of 8 come for my Mom's 80th birthday. The house was amazing. Very clean, plenty of amenities, beautiful views of the lake. Hot tub and fire pit added a nice touch to the weekend.

Absolutely perfect!!!

This was the best location possible. Huge house with plenty of extras to keep all ages busy. Short ride into town if needed. Highly recommend staying here. We were a family of 18. It was perfect!

Beautiful!!

Inside the property was very good, everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I personal couldn't enjoy the outside as much because of the spider's & webs, others with me had no problem with the outside at all, but overall the whole stay was very good. Beautiful scenery! I will recommend this place to my friends. And will book it again one day.

Great house on Lake Hamilton

This is a spacious house for a large family. We enjoyed a day of boating on the lake and the kids loved the kayaks. We cooked almost every meal on the awesome blackstone (breakfast and dinner). We brought our own bikes for some trail riding enjoyed visiting the Garvin Woodland Gardens, hiking and swimming at Lake Catherine State Park and drove to Little Rock for an amazing bike ride at Little Rock River Market. Great family vacation!

50th anniversary celebration

We had our whole family here to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The proximity to the lake was great! Kids could swim several times a day. The lake toys were well utilized. The size was just right for our group. The play room under the stairs was the favorite spot of our four granddaughters ages 3 - 6. The large deck was fabulous.

Nice house

The house was a good size for our large group. Well equiped with kayaks. Good amount of dishes and glassware. House stayed cool despite high heat outside. Plenty to see in area. Did not have dish soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods and 2 pods for washing machine. One bathroom had no hand soap. I would recommend higher quality toilet paper. Overall great space and would recommend.

Lake Hamilton golf HQ

Spacious, clean home w/ cantilevered deck on the water w/ double washers/dryers. Hot tub worked perfectly. Good kitchen equipment/appliances/glassware, plenty of linens. Double coffee makers w/ carafes was a nice touch. Place needs some character and a softer feel to it (comfy chairs/couches), end tables, and tables between chairs. Roku was slow, but the house WI-FI was perfectly speedy. We enjoyed our stay there.

Paradise on the Lake!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend this past weekend and had the absolute best time! There were 15 of us and we had more than enough space to sleep and for activities. We rented a boat one day so having that dock access was a major bonus. We did have one issue with the garbage disposal not working but the property manager, Jeff, had someone out there to fix it immediately! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

Best house ever.

We love this house. We have been there three times. The owner is constantly updating and making the property more usable. The fact there is no long space from the house to the lake is huge. We can be on the deck and still watch and communicate with the people in the water. The living space is wonderful. It’s a great house.
