Had a great stay!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Management staff were very pleasant and responsive. The area is great — and while it was a busy week, we never felt crowded.

Good condo with nice 3br, 3bath

Very happy with the 3br 3bath layout for our family. On the plus: Great view, great beach. On the negative: way too many wild and unsupervised kids at the pool and we had to broom, vacuum and mop the floor 4 times upon arrival due to excessive amounts of sand in the condo. Overall condo was clean except for the floor. It was more sand than I had ever seen in a condo. In the closet were piles of sand.

We traveled with our daughter's family, and our nieces family and it was the perfect amount of space. We love majestic sun and have stayed there now 4 times in different units. This one did not disappoint!! We had a smoke detector beeping and our cable was out the last 2 days but the maintenance people were quick to respond to what they could. We had numerous tv's in our unit, which was amazing. However, they were not smart tv's so when the cable was out for 2 days, it was kind of a booger since we had small children. With smart tv's we could've logged into our personal streaming accounts, so that's the only suggestion i would have. Overall though, it was a great stay and we will be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin and the people. We also love the management and how kind and helpful they were. The lobby was always in pristine condition. But sad to say, the living room furniture was full of stains and had bad odors and very uncomfortable furniture. We bought sheets to cover the furniture to make it feel clean. Kitchen, well stocked but the cookware was nasty. Pots and pans lost their coating and everything stuck. We had to buy a frying pan in order to cook. Making dinners was a chore and a struggle not to burn or have food stick to pans and pots. Also the internet TV was frustrating, between dropping internet and only see segments of a TV show. That is why we left early. Too bad, we rented before with another unit and it was very pleasant. We decided to leave early as we had enough. We will not return.

If I recall, it had been remodeled 3-4 years ago. The view is beautiful and you can access the balcony & the Master Bedroom. Sunsets are breathtaking!! We liked the walk-in showers in 2 of the bathrooms, with a tub/shower combo in the 3rd Bathroom.We enjoy having family & friends visit this unit hold 10 guests. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, glasses, and slow cooker, griddle, Kerrigan, and is easy to work in and it has a nice size pantry. The decorating and color scheme throughout the unit is beachy and very relaxing. You’ll enjoy the large capacity washer & dryer. If you want to go swimming, there is a heated indoor pool, an outdoor cold pool, along with 2 hot tubs. There is a workout room, which is located outside of the pool area. There are some restaurants within walking distance. ENJOY!!!

It was stocked with all the amenities we could want with the beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, and toys a plus. The king bed and triple bunk beds were a perfect bedroom arrangement, and we found the condo to be very clean, newly renovated, and well maintained. The views were stunning and the beach was right outside our door. The pool was just steps from the beach which made it nice for the kids to go back and forth. We also enjoyed the beach bar right in front of the condo, and we easily walked to other restaurants along the beach. The elevator rides were quick even from the 11th floor and, the condos central location made it a very short golf cart ride to attractions in either direction. The Glass Casa staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and we will absolutely stay here again when visiting Miramar Beach. Wonderful visit...beautiful memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super cute condo, beautifully decorated. perfect for families or a few couples. Completely updated and fully stocked kitchen! Beds were comfortable and so was living room furniture. My only complaint would be the master shower only has a rain head shower, which is a great feature, but typically there is a regular shower head as well. The rain shower head just doesn’t have enough pressure especially when you have been at the beach all day. Other than that it’s was great.

Not clean

First, let me start of by saying that the unit’s location is perfect and that it was nicely decorated. The cleanliness however is a another story. Upon opening the door we were greeted with a disgusting fried fish smell. I immediately noticed that the unit was not clean, the floors had dried food stuck to it, there was sand in places and the units high touch surfaces were NOT sanitized like they advertise. All the baseboards and doors had an inch of dust on them, which should be cleaned more often. Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes with me and cleaned all the door handles, cabinet handles and light switches myself. I also cleaned off all the dust in all the places. The fridge door was disgusting which I also cleaned. We did notify the management company and they said they would send someone over, we asked for some febreeze and some sanitizing spray for the floor. They did send someone over the following afternoon, which we appreciated. That someone came with a squeegee mop with a towel on it and just went through and “mopped” the floor and that was it. Considering how much a week costs to stay here and how much they charge to clean the unit, I was not happy at all. Even though the unit is beautiful, I cannot bring myself to rent this unit or from this management company again knowing what their cleanliness standards are. If a place is beautiful, but filthy , it simply isn’t beautiful anymore.

Beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the beach at this location. Unbelievable colors and sunrise and sunsets. Majestic Sun is in a great location to enjoy great restaurants, shopping, beach and other fun activities in the area.

Great Escape

The condo was top notch. Had everything you needed to have a great vacation. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. This is our second stay at Majestic Sun, and want be the last.

Fantastic property!

Check in was a breeze! Property was very clean and well stocked with towels, pans, etc. I would highly recommend!!

First time in Miramar Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is pretty. Looked like the pics. The space for dining is great, for the number of guests the unit could hold. But the family area feels too small. The owner could have done a sectional which would offer more spaces to sit, so we could all comfortably do a movie night. The biggest area of opportunity for this condo is storage space. Both the extra bedrooms could use a dresser. We had 5 kids between the two rooms and they had to live out of their suitcases - no place to put tshirts / shorts / underwear. . Also, the washer was on and off, whether it worked or stopped in the rinse cycle. To be fair, we did not call about this because we didn’t want a service person in the condo while we were there. Also, I appreciate having a stand-alone AC unit in the Master, but it was an eye sore.
