Sandra was a delight! Said hello, made sure we had everything and was available if we needed her. The house was clean and had all the towels,paper products, kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies we needed. We came for a wedding in Jupiter and were minutes from all the planned events.

Just what we need a great place to rest, in between visiting and busy plans w/ fam. Very comfy bed, very clean, kitchen looked well equipped…we really only made coffee, but all we needed for that was supplied, plus some nibbles & treats. Thx Sandy, great communicator

I loved my experience staying here! Sandra was so sweet as a host. We had privacy, comfort, cleanliness and safety, which are all important for my mom and I when staying at any place. We loved that this location is convenient and very close to the dog beach and regular beach. We had a lot of fun in Jupiter and recommend the beach 100%. I am very grateful we chose to stay in Kozy Kottage for our trip.

Sandy was a wonderful host, always helpful and never felt intrusive. The cottage is at her home but still private. Sandy has decorated the small cozy space with a beach theme everywhere that will get you in the mood for vacation and provided everything you need from beach towels to chairs. While the space is small, it's great for a weekend for a couple.

Sandra was an amazing host! Her mother-in-law suite was the perfect size for a weekend getaway for two people and our friendly dog. Sandra also provided a personalized welcome, which was so sweet and kind. The location is minutes away from local restaurants and the beach making it an ideal place to stay. Thank you for an absolutely lovely experience!

The name says it all!

Our stay was delightful in every respect. The Kozy Kottage was very inviting, very clean and sanitized. We wanted for nothing. It was close to local amenities in a desirable neighborhood. There was plenty of parking. Our hostess Sandra was lovely. She and her husband made us and our pets feel very welcome. We had a basket of goodies waiting for us upon arrival that even had treats for our dogs! We highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning again hopefully in the not too distant future.

Great place to stay!

I stayed in Jupiter before but it wasn't as nice as this. Very clean and comfortable and Sandra was attentive and welcoming. Thanks for making our trip more enjoyable!

Wonderful Little Getaway Convenient to Everything!

We so enjoyed our stay at Kozy Kottage, and have never before experienced such perfect hosts. Everything from their restaurant suggestions to their check-out instructions was top-notch, and the cottage, itself, had every amenity we needed. Just loved it!Even our dogs were treated like special guests - when we arrived, Sandra whipped out a fence so we could let them out off-leash and brought over some biscuits for them to enjoy.100% recommended and we really hope to be able to return!

Excellent get away

What a great little cottage! Very peaceful and private, close to everything you need. Owner is a true southerner in her hospitality. I would definitely recommend this property for a single person or couple.

Best Cottage Ever!

I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage

Living the Jupiter life

Sandra was amazing! She went above and beyond for us, to make sure our Jupiter get-a-way was relaxing and fun! Sandra paid attention to all the adorable details- An organized binder with information at our fingertips, cute notes welcoming us to the cottage, the snack basket and even doggie treats for our little mini golden doddle Mia- we were blown away. We all wanted to stay especially Mia! The dog beach was the best one we have ever seen. Sandra suggested a live band playing Motown they were they were fantastic. I could go on and on about our stay here! We had such a great time building memories that will stay with us forever! If you ever go to Jupiter- you should stay at the Kozy Cottage!

Kozy Cottage is Excellent

1) Excellent amenites. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We ate most of our meals at the Cottage after a nearby visit to Wal-Mart and Publix. Washer and dryer in the cottage +++ 2) Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Ten minutes to Jupiter Beach. Also, 15 minutes or less to all the beaches located near Jupiter. We visited Hobe Sound Beach, Dubois Park, Juno Beach, and Loggerhead Beach. The Jupiter Lighthouse and Loggerhead Marinelife Center are "must sees" in the area. 3) Very Clean and Nicely Decorated. The Cottage is very clean. Very nice air purification system. The beach theme decorations are amazing. You feel like you are at the beach away from the beach. 4) Comfortable. The king size bed is comfortable. Leather couch in living area. Chairs and lounger on the porch. Excellent water pressure and shower. 5) A+ HOSTS. The most enjoyable part of the Cottage was the hosts. They are warm and friendly people. Communication is excellent; before, during, and after the stay. They live on the property and are quick to answer questions and handle any problems. Sandy leaves messages and snacks in the Cottage to make you feel welcome. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Sandy makes you feel at home in the Cottage. EXCELLENT COTTAGE & AWESOME HOSTS.

Perfect for a couple

Sandy & John are truely anazing people . From the moment we checked in we knew & got a great vibe from them . Then we checked in & feel in love with the Kozy Kottage as well . Super clean, very spacious, the only problem was checking out, but that's ok because like we mentioned to them "we've be back soon" Not to mention home is stocked with all your daily needs, they go above & beyond at this location & we've stayed at many . ⚓

Convenient Location

We found the cottage to be in a very good location for visiting different spots in the area. The owner was easy to work with. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. A good value compared to other options in the general area.

Very Comfy Stay at the Kozy Kottage

The stay in Jupiter at the Kozy Kottage was great - very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my dogs, and they very much enjoyed the small yard and the ability to be out of their harnesses for a few days. The cottage, while not exactly a 'cottage' as it was a section of the host's home, was very private and pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the house felt very homey. Sandy, the host, was delightful, and if a need arose was super responsive. The location was great for me, too, close to friends, and minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. And I loved the little porch for breakfasts! Overall, a very pleasant stay and I'd gladly stay again.

Sandy provided some bicycles for us to use. They were perfect for getting around the local area. Plenty of sidewalks and bike trails to use. Although I felt perfectly safe here, a small room safe would have been nice.

I am a 'seasoned' teacher for Palm Beach Public Schools. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, raised in Pennsylvania, went to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., lived in Columbus, Ohio, I have now been a Florida resident in the Jupiter area for 30 years. My husband and I, married only 4 years, have 7 wonderful, grown children between us, and several grandchildren. We just moved to April Lane, renovated the guest house, and are anxious to share it.
Even though minimum stay is 2 nights, off-season might be able to accommodate a special request.
