Great location near lots of activities

We stayed here for a weekend with friends. It’s a great location and very clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. Needed our own paper supplies and coffee. The second bathroom is hard to find and in the attached garage not inside the cottage. Outdoor shower was a nice feature. We fit 3 adults very comfortably but it would not work for more than 4 or 5 adults. The bunk beds are in a tight small space. Plenty of beach chairs and supplies in the kitchen too for our beach days. Overall very happy with the space and it worked great for our small group!

Place had everything we needed to take our boat to the ocean and had a private boat slip in its own cove. Easy access. Fantastic communication with the host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great Location

Cottage is perfect for staying to relax and enjoy the Intercoastal. It is clean and exceeded my expectations. Host was responsive when needed for questions. It is close to Johnathan Dickerson State Park and Loggerhead Marine Life Center. The Blue Point bar and grill is walking distance. I would recommend the cottage and plan on coming back.

Great property in a private location

Great property with a great boat slip right near all the business of the ICW, restaurants and sand bars. house is relatively small, but has all you need to enjoy Florida and your boat!

A View of Paradise

What an amazing property if you love the water! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this adorable cottage. We loved taking the kayak out, or just gazing at the water reading a book. Tons to do around there and nice beaches close by. Tiffany was an accomodating host. Would stay there again for sure!

Loved Our Stay

The cottage was exactly as described. We brought our boat and had room to store our trailer and truck in the driveway. The docks were in great condition. The location of the house was great for access to the inlet and the ICW. The house was stocked with just about everything that we needed for our stay which was a nice surprise since many rentals don't supply any household items. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Margaritaviile at Sunset Cove

Fabulous little getaway house! Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and an outdoor shower. Private yard and patio for grilling. Location was convenient for walking to restaurants and for getting to Jupiter shopping. Tiffany was very responsive to our requests!!

Great rental great location

Our family of four stayed here during the Christmas break and had a wonderful time. This unit was just as listed and exactly like the pictures showed. Everything was really nice and clean. My kids really enjoyed the yard and seeing manatees in the water right outside. The landscaping and tropical plants around the property are amazing and very well taken care of. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Florida.

Perfect cottage with wonderful water access

My family of four had a wonderful spring break week at this lovely cottage tucked away on a private cove coming off the intercostal waterway very near Jupiter Inlet. A real Florida feel to this property. The cottage had everything we needed but we very much enjoyed the screened porch, the outdoor living space, a top notch outdoor grill and boat dockage right behind the house. Will definitely be back. Thanks Tiffany for sharing your wonderful property!

A hidden piece of paradise

We LOVED our stay! Wonderful location... so close to everything and right on the water! Cottage was clean and well furnished (VERY comfortable King bed) with nice linens and kitchen supplies... and fun water toys! As a family of 6 I was a little worried about only 1 bathroom in the cottage... but the outdoor shower and the half bath off the garage made it work! Kids had so much fun fishing off the dock, watching the manatees, and paddle boarding! Hubby and I loved the view, watching the kids play, and enjoying the gorgeous/private landscaping. Will definitely be back!

Great spot but needs some communication and ammenities

Host was less than stellar with communication and everything was done by text, app. No 'instruction' booklet, no tp in bathrooms but in closet, all soap dispensers were watered down. Wi/Fi was slow and was unable to work on Zoom, etc. Was told that we used garage door opener and were charged when that was not the case. We did not have a car and one visitor used the garage but used opener in garage. Doors were sticky from lack of salt removal.

Hidden Paradise

This is our second time staying at the cottage and it was just as perfect as our 1st visit! It is truly a hidden paradise. The cottage is clean, cozy, well equipped, and very comfortable (nice furniture, linins, etc). Our kids loved jumping off the dock, swimming, paddle boarding, and watching manatees in the cove. Hours and hours and hours of entertainment. My husband and I loved relaxing by the water and watching all the “action”. Communication with the owner was easy and location was perfect (close to all of Jupiters best restaurants, etc). This property is truly special and we look forward to our next visit!

Perfect Location!

We just got back from a 5-day stay over the 4th of July. The location is perfect for those who love being on the water. We brought our boat and docked it at the house the whole time. The yard/landscaping is beautiful and the lot is so private. The home backs up to a prime location on the water with a popular sandbar 2 minutes away and a 10 minute boat ride to the inlet and popular restaurants. You can also walk to Jupiter Pointe Restaurant and Tiki52 which we did as well. The grill is wonderful and the home was perfect and had everything we needed. Tiffany was very responsive throughout the check-in process. Would 100% recommend!

Upon arrival we could not enter the gate to get to the house. I contacted the host and was told it had been double booked and that we couldn’t stay there until the other people left in six days. She stated she would get some options for me and get back with me on them. This was around 8pm after 15 hours on the road. She mentioned a hotel which I said would not work for our family. I never heard anything else from her that night. I scrambled and found something else that was much smaller and not on the water but at this point it was 9 pm and there was hardly any availability so last minute. I sent something to VRBO and the next day she messaged saying that she had booked a nonrefundable hotel room for us and she would now be out that money. I told her she had never informed me of any hotel booking and furthermore hadn’t heard back from her at all the night before. She said she didn’t understand why because she had texted me the information. I asked her to send me a screenshot of the message which she never did. Then she told me to get a refund I would need to go in and cancel my reservation on VRBO. I didn’t understand why I would have to do this since she is the one that double booked us. I contacted VRBO again and they said they would speak to her. I guess hosts can get a penalty of some sort if they are the ones to cancel. She finally did cancel but didn’t have the correct reason reported. Pretty much a ruined vacation since our reason for going was to fish at the property.

Private Paradise

This is a great place to relax in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the cottage and had total privacy. The outdoor shower was a great place to be one with nature. Highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Sweet Inter-coastal Cottage

This cottage was a perfect Jupiter get away for two. We slept like babies in the comfy king bed, ate alfresco in the screen porch and explored the beaches and excellent area restaurants. Our favorites were 1000 North and Lucky Shucks. At night we sat out by the water after dinner and star gazed. Tiffany was very responsive and friendly answering any questions we had about the house and Jupiter.

Not what we expected

The landscaping and property were beautiful and just like the pictures. However, the cottage was not as listed. The 2nd half bathroom was outside the cottage attached to the garage. The master bedroom was so small that there was no room for night tables and lamps. The only bedroom light was attached to the overhead fan. We had to climb onto the bed in order to turn the light on and off. The TV only had a few channels so we were unable to watch the National college football championship game which was on ESPN...no golf channel either. Most channels required you to subscribe. The location was fine and we were able to do what we wanted in Jupiter. It was nice having a garage. But it is hard to envision more than two people staying here because there is only one small bathroom.

We purchased this home as quickly as we could once we saw it for sale because of its location on the "blue water". At the time, we were considered visitors to Florida, having moved away to live up north. We still had family down here and LOVED the idea of having our own place to stay.
Because we had grown up in South Florida, we knew the area well and find our little cottage a perfect gem. Its private, has incredible water access and is located near endless opportunities.

Locals refer to it as the "blue water" part because of the many days its pure blue is so clear. In addition to the water access, the cottage is surrounded by well designed and manicured landscaping that creates an environment where you can escape and relax.
