We only stayed for two nights. The first morning, we were displeased to find the coffee machine did not work. Housekeeping replaced it within an hour, but we really weren’t planning to wait that long. We returned from our activities to find a strong smell of sewage in the apartment. There were feces backed up in the shower, and my sister in law stepped in them. Obviously, the sinks were not draining either. We called for a plumber, and after repeated calls, a plumber appeared in about 1.5 hours. We were told that since we rented from the owner, they might not be able to clean after they fixed the plumbing. We tried calling to speak with the owner, but never received an answer. We called VRBO, got a case number, and a phone number for the owner that did not work. VRBO thought we should have some type of compensation from the owner, but obviously nothing happened. The plumbing was cleaned up by the time we got home from our evening show. On our 2nd morning, we opened the dishwasher only to find that the soap did not exit from the dishwasher door so the dishes never got washed. We had noticed that there was soap in the dishwasher compartment when we got there, but it never dawned on us that it was from the previous folks. Who knows how long it had been since the dishes were really washed? On and the TV’s did not work. Apparently, MGM has been hacked, and we were told the tv’s hadn’t been working for a while. To say we were disappointed in our stay was an understatement.
