The room was fantastic! Clean and quiet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The host had excellent communication. We did not visit the pool or the immediate dining area. This is a property with no gambling on-site/in the building which is what we wanted. Price was reasonable for the location and amenities. We had a great view of the Sphere. Would definitely choose this unit again.

Had such an excellent time! So much to do in Vegas, so little time inside the actual room but gorgeous views, comfortable, spacious! Ubers/lyfts do come to the 3rd tower- you’ll just have to tell them, otherwise i definitely suggest the monorail !!

I expected to be able to see the Sphere from the living room and was disappointed when that wasn't the case. I went back and reread the description and he says from floor to ceiling windows which was true except those windows are in the master bedroom. The best view is from the balcony. The condo is like every other one we have stayed at in the complex which means it is fine if showing its age a little.

We do want to clarify that the photos and description in our listing are accurate. The floor‑to‑ceiling windows are located in the master bedroom, and the sliding glass door from the living area leads to the balcony, which offers the fantastic Sphere views you mentioned. Many guests consider the balcony one of the highlights of the suite for exactly that reason. As for the interior, the unit follows the standard layout and design of the Signature 1 Br suites but is also a Top Floor Strip Penthouse, making it one of the rarest. While the building is established, we work hard to keep everything well‑maintained and comfortable. We truly appreciate your perspective and are glad you enjoyed the views from the balcony. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Love the convenient location. Pool is small and was just ok. The lazy river over at MGM grand is a rip off as you have to buy the tube for $30 (small) or $35 (medium) plus tax.

Private Quiet & Breathtaking

Absolutely wonderful way to experience Vegas! To be that close to everything was awesome!The views are incredible! Truly incredible! The casinos are fantastic but we really loved the quiet and privacy of the unit and complex when we were done playing and ready to get some rest for the next day. Awesome experince thanks!

Quiet and off the strip

This is a nice place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the strip (about 13 minute walk to Cosmopolitan), but away from the noise of it all. The building and room were clean and without issues.

We have been in the rental business for decades. We started out in the annual house and apartment business and now have moved into the vacation rental business in our two favorite spots, Las Vegas and near Clearwater Beach, Fl.
We love Vegas and purchased a property here a few years ago. On our most recent Vegas trip we saw these two very unique properties(this one and the Jr Suite next door) come to market and were excited to buy them because they are the BEST that the Signature has to offer and we feel like people want that when they are on vacation! Especially in VEGAS!

What is not to love? There is no other condos at the Signature available to rent like this one! It's top Floor; it's a true PENTHOUSE, it's a corner 1 BR, 2 Bath Suite with a Balcony and Strip views! There is no finer unit with better views at the Signature!

Being able to see those views in the daylight and especially at night is an amazing sight. You truly feel like you are on TOP of the world and YOU ARE! You are in the Best Suite at the MGM Signature!
