Great family stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, very clean. Was thoughtful that they included a kennel for our dog which was even big enough for a large dog!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has great curb appeal and very clean when walking in. Spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a binder about the house and Sunriver. Unfortunately it rained and was cooler so we didn’t get to use the beautiful wrap around deck. The house is a great set up for two couples with the upstairs and downstairs suites.

Great Kitchen!

Property was clean, very well stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Was perfect for being snowed in and cooking meals at the cabin.

Wonderful Sunriver

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is located very close to the pickleball courts which was quite fun. In fact, everything is an easy bike ride away. We visited the village several days. Played golf a little south of town (the golf courses within Sunriver are private). I fished near Fall Creek (awesome). The house has a nice feel to it. We only used the upstairs, but it seems big for a two bedroom home. The house has everything you need and the location is great. I would recommend this home.

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely loved staying at this place. It was so comfortable and relaxing. This was definitely one of our best and easiest experiences we have had with rentals. One thing that they did not market on the listing was that they do have bikes in the garage.

Awesome Staycation

My wife and I really got to relax at this house. Its on the quiet side of Sunriver yet close to shopping. The kitchen is stacked with everything and the beds are comfy! I would give it 5 stars if they updated or fixed the hot tub. No Jets work and only half of the bubbles.

Reviewer Comments: we really liked the cabin - the bathrooms (no pictures shown when we reserved) we nice and the updates to the kitchen great. We weren't crazy about the carpet in bedrooms as it seemed old and dirty, but would likely rent the place again. Great for a couple or small family.

HI Robert, Thank you for taking the time to review this home! We use professional carpet cleaners for deep clean the carpets but no amount of cleaning can get out the effects of age. We will be bringing up the condition of the carpet with the homeowner. Thanks again for the feedback!

We enjoy Sunriver for the bike trails.

We discovered from renting this property that we had a difficult time going up and down the stairs due to our arthritic knees; also carrying the luggage, groceries, etc up the stairs caused us to be short-of breath as we are 70+ years-old. Next rental will be one level.

Nice place but a bit dated

The indoor hot tub was a selling point but half the jets were not working and it wasn't very hot. The lighting is generally poor and it could use some upgrades. That said, no major complaints and we always enjoy Sunriver regardless of season. Thanks for the visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the house was very satisfactory, but the indoor hot tub/room needs some attention. The blinds over the windows are in really bad shape and terribly rusted, giving the appearance of not feeling clean. The hot tub itself was fine but the water level was too high, so with even just 3 of us in it we could barely move without the water splashing over the side, and it made us a little nervous because we didn’t see a drain in the floor. The blinds over the skylight in the primary bedroom also needs to be replaced, it is in bad shape and you can’t help but looking at it since it’s directly over the bed. All fixable things! Everything else was very nice and we loved the location!

Getaway

Well, the original house that I was supposed to stay in the hot tub was not working so I was moved to another house. However, I was not given the address of the house they had moved me to. Which prevented me from checking in on the date that I was supposed to check in which was Thursday November 9th. So I had to forgo the first night stay of my vacation. Then had to call the office the next morning to get the address for the house. Then drove to the house only to find out that it was not a pet friendly property and I could not stay there. I then had to be moved again. Thankfully it was to the original house I had booked, which I appreciated. However, the inconveniences were very frustrating and the lack of communication as well. I paid to stay for four nights and only got to stay for three. In the end I enjoyed the house and my vacation, but definitely had some frustrating points to it that mainly had to do with the company that manages the properties. The house was great and the indoor hot tub was and added bonus.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed the property very much. It was comfortable and clean. We chose this particular unit because of the private indoor hot tub right off of the master bedroom. The tub was older but extremely clean and in excellent condition. We would stay here again.

Make sure the hot tub works before you book, otherwise great property!

Hot tub wasn't hot, wasn't able to be fixed while we were there. Pretty disappointing. The rest of the home was fantastic and if the hot tub is fixed we'd happily stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental. It was extremely clean and had a really convenient layout for our group of 3. The living room was a great place to hang out after a busy day, the kitchen appliances were stellar (I’m going to remember them when I upgrade my kitchen at home!), and the beds were comfortable. I even enjoyed reading one of the many books available at the rental. Even better, we had a very good experience with Village Properties. There was a chirping smoke detector on the Friday evening we arrived. I got a call back right away to my after hours call, advice was given for a temporary fix, and someone came out the next morning for a permanent one. At the end of our stay, we inadvertently left something behind. Nicole and her team have been beyond understanding and accommodating in finding and shipping our missing item. Thank you so much for making our stay in Sunriver so pleasant. Can’t wait to return!
