Family vacation

House was beautiful had everything we needed. Shelly was easy to communicate with made sure our vacation was relaxing and stress free. The pool is very big and you can get it heated! She has coolers to use and pool floats! Perfect family getaway! Any issue was taken care of right away. The house was clean and comfortable. She even called me before and gave suggestions on some things to do. We went salt river tubing which my family loved. Thank you Shelly we will definitely stay again!

Lovely Home With Everything You’ll Need

This is a great space with a living area upstairs and downstairs. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the home has everything you’ll need for your stay. Shelley quickly responded to every request or question. The backyard pool is great with towels and floats provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Clean/Great pool area

We loved our stay. Everything was super clean. Great communication. Pool area was perfect with options to sit in the shade or lay out. Good location close to what you need. We recommend San Tan Flats up the road for a fun night out.

Great stay for our baseball trip

We were down in Phoenix for our kids baseball. Staying in a house with more space is SO much better then a hotel.The house was clean, with plenty of space. Shelley, the host, was very accommodating. Thank you so much!For us, the property was a bit out of the way. Being down in the San Tan Valley. But, I feel like the price reflected the location being a bit more out of town.

Golfing

Rented the unit for a friend golf trip, Shelly was very informational about restaurants, golfing and the house. The house was very clean, pool was heated and just great accommodations.

Amazing Backyard - Comfy House

Great location, quiet and well equipped. The backyard is great for relaxing or entertaining - tons of space. Communication was instant with the host. Would highly recommend the house and will return next year.

Home away from home!

The house was just as described. The backyard was an oasis and my family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, the comfy outdoor furniture and the table under the patio. When the evening got chilly, we would use the outdoor heaters. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of towels to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and pots and pans we needed to make ourselves at home and cook our own food. We spent most of our time by the pool because the weather was absolutely beautiful. My family also enjoyed being close to golf courses and great restaurants. Shelley was an amazing host who checked in on us often by text and would answer any questions that we had promptly. We would totally stay there again!

Nice place

The house was very nice, clean, and spacious. Patio was beautiful and the girls loved the deep pool. We were disappointed the pool water was cold. It wasn’t until right before we left we realized the were was an extra charge. But overall was great place to stay.

What a lovely spot!

This is such a hidden gem. My mom and I rented this to visit with my family who lives just down the street and we were all blown away at how lovely this house was! Shelley is a wonderful host and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The house is beautiful, but the backyard really make it spectacular! Looking forward to renting this place again next time we are out there. Thanks a million Shelley!

Private Oasis

This AirB&B was all that and MORE! It has a VERY warm and welcoming feeling. Shelley was very kind and easy to work with. Beds were great. Pool was amazing. I give this stay a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Great getaway

The home was perfect. It was everything the we expected and more! The pool was the highlight of our stay with the 90+ degree temps the days we stayed. All check-in, stay and checkout information was easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and minima traffic. I definitely will be checking this home out again if we ever plan another vacation to AZ! Thank you Shelley for everything!

Quick trip but amazing stay

Family Trip

This property was fantastic. The house is very well kept up and clean. It is stocked with so much, from the kitchen, bathrooms, pool items, etc. Other than food and our clothes, we did not need to bring anything else. The house felt like home. The 8 ft pool was a hit with the teenagers in the house. Shelley was easy to get ahold of and very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this house. Golden Egg in Copper Basin/San Tan Valley

This property was what I would consider a golden egg in the Copper Basin/San Tan Valley. The property was clean and ready for us even though I booked a day prior to my arrival. Shelley was very communicative and ensured everything on my end was received. My family loved the property, and the backyard was perfect for us all to be together and have some memorable family time. The communication and check in/out process is very straight forward and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the area had many things close by. The amenities that was offered was 10/10 and all of our needs were met and exceeded. The backyard/pool view at night of the stars was simply amazing. I would most definitely stay and book here again in the future for another family stay. 10/10 for sure and we were grateful to have had the opportunity to be able to experience this stay.

Patrick is a retired criminal defense attorney and Shelley is the retired Executive Director of a nonprofit organization (United Way) from northern Minnesota. They are very active and love to golf, bike, work out at the gym, Shelley additionally loves to play pickleball, hike, run and swim, Patrick loves to play ball and watch spring training.

We purchased this property as our "cabin" to get away from the Northern Minnesota winters and chose this particular property because it is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a gym, church, gas station and small mini mall with a few restaurant/bar options and golf courses close by. (all walking distance) There are also no neighbors on the backyard side of the house. We also loved the close proximity to San Tan Regional Park and the Mesa Gateway Airport.

We love the private backyard with no neighbors behind us, the deep pool, the two citrus trees and size of the house which is big enough to have guests but not so big that it is a chore to clean. We put in the pool heat because Shelley loves to swim.
