Very nice, clean, well stocked.

This was a last minute trip and we have stayed on the property many times. This unit was very nice, very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this unit as we are somewhat particularly about cleanliness and this one exceeded our standards. The only negative is that this unit does not have access to tennis. My daughter and I brought rackets and planned to play. We went onto one of the courts but were chased off after about 10 minutes by a young kid on a cart. We were on one of 10 courts and none were in use. He was not particularly nice even when we told him that if anyone came to play on the court we would be happy to leave but since they were literally all open we didn't see the issue. He explained that the courts were only accessible to owners and those who rented through a specific management company. There were plenty of other activities on property that were accessible - Putt Putt, Shuffleboard, etc. so it wasn't a big deal but it seemed petty that they wouldn't let us hit for a while considering that the courts were all open. Everything else was great and this would not be a deal breaker since everything else was wonderful but since this is a "Beach and Racquet" resort, it's worth noting so that those wanting to play tennis are aware. The listing was accurate and did not mention tennis, it was just our oversight since we have stayed on property many times and assumed tennis was an option. In any case, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

April 2021 Stay

Unit 205- The couch and loveseat were extremely uncomfortable! The location of the unit is quiet. The master king bed on the side by the windows has a terrible dip, but the closet side of the bed was fine. Suggestion: if someone is staying longer than 5 or more days, provide more than just 2 rolls of toilet paper. We thoroughly enjoy Tops’l every year.

Wonderful stay

Extremely clean, just as described and pictured. Walk to beach is about 6 minutes, with some hills. Difficult to find a place to put beach chairs. Beautiful beach, beautiful property. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Convenient to beach. It’s quiet when it’s time for quiet. Has conventional coffee maker but no filters. Beach umbrellas are there too and a wagon. Very nice.

Girls Trip 2020

My girls and I came down for a weekend trip and had a blast!! The condo was exactly as it looks online. It was clean and well stocked. The beach was about a 5min walk but thankfully the owners had a wagon along with 2 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas so that made things much easier!! We had no issues and the location was close to everything!!

I am very big on cleanliness and this condo met my expectations! The outdoor pool/jacuzzi area is within view from the patio and the beach is about a 5 minute walk. The condo also has a set of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a foldable wagon to assist with hauling the items to/from the beach.

July 2020 Stay

The condo itself appeared clean. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The couches were the worst. Do not depend on WiFi it was slow and almost nonexistent. The 2nd bedroom twin beds were caved in and extremely difficult to sleep on. The king size bed in master was comfortable. The tub in the 2nd bathroom filled up while you showered. We had an issue with the vent in the 2nd bathroom and maintenance came out quickly to fix it. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
