トップスビーチとテニスリゾートにあるGULF VIEW VIEWユニット！ Tops'l Summit 610は、メキシコ湾とTops'l Preserveを望む景色を望む2ベッドルーム、2バスのマンションで、ビーチへは徒歩3分です。

Beautiful view

This is about our sixth time staying at the summit. This is the nicest one we’ve been to. Clean, decor is really nice. Owner has thought of everything and supplied guests with all the necessities you need. Would like to come back next year

This unit was a comfortable place to relax. Great view. Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Only suggestion: replace light bulbs that have burned out in the lamps.

Great Place & Great Views!

We really loved our stay here, the location was great, the views were great! It was a nice walk to the beach! We liked that there were beach chairs & umbrellas we could use. We had a great time only two things that I didn’t like was the kids bunk bed moved/rocked, and the extra bed in the kids room made a lot of noise when sitting on it. Other than that really great place to stay!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Summit unit 610 is wonderful! The ocean views are breathtaking! The coloring and decor was beachy and subtle … beautiful. The furniture was comfortable and welcoming!! Very spacious and clean. This was our first trip to the Destin area, and we decided we loved the units location in Mirmar Beach! We’d definitely come back!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfection for a family of five! It was clean, well equipped with everything down to the beach wagon filled of supplies! It was a simple walk to the beach and Tides Pool! the location was perfect! We will definitely be back to this condo in the future!

Perfect condo for our family

Our family can’t wait to go back to Miramar Beach and we plan to stay in this same unit. It was extremely clean and had obviously been recently updated. The island in the kitchen was perfect for our family of 5 to eat meals at. The view was great. We were able to see dolphins swimming in the morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach wagon with beach toys and supplies was a nice bonus and made our trips to the beach easier. Our kids loved the kids activities at the pool near the beach each day. The made tie die t-shirts, shark tooth necklaces and my daughter did a mermaid swimming lesson where they put in mermaid tails and swam in the pool with a mermaid. The bar at that pool was pricey but great to enjoy a cocktail after time at the beach. The pool at The Summit building was warm and relatively quiet. Honestly the only negative I can say was that the Blue Dolphin beach rentals took up most of the waterfront beach space with their rental chairs which seemed unfair to those with their own chairs and supplies. That being said we were able to find a great spot on the beach everyday. The unit is only a few minute drive from Baytowne Warf and other great areas. We definitely plan to return to this unit in the future.

Awesome location

Pictures don’t do justice. Very roomy with a comfortable couch. 3 min walk to private uncrowded beach. Definitely booking again!

Great Condo!

This was a great condo. Nice view of the ocean. Close to the pools, and short easy walk to the ocean. Kitchen had everything you need and well organized.

Perfect getaway

Nice 2 bedroom condo.

Walk to beach about 5 minutes. Condo needs to have some extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Master bedroom sheets were sandy.

Another amazing stay

We enjoyed our week! This was our second stay in this unit. The space was perfect. We had all that we needed in the kitchen. The view was amazing! The location was excellent. We appreciated the extra chairs and the beach wagon. Thank you for another perfect family vacation. It was hard to leave.

Clean and organized

Perfect family vacation

This was our first visit to 30A, and we were quite pleased with the overall property, this specific condo and the view it offered. The unit was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with all we needed. Our family of 5 had a great time and decided it’s somewhere we’d definitely recommend and stay again. Kids loved the pool and daily activities/crafts offered. Headed home with great memories!

Spring Break

What a fun, relaxing, and beautiful week! This property is very clean and provides all of the amenities you'll need including a beach wagon with three beach chairs and an umbrella (we did not use the umbrella due to higher winds). There were also four beach towels in the wagon, but we brought our own to use. In the cabinet in the living room are some beach buckets and sand tools along with inflatable rafts. We did not use them, but I figure they're worth mentioning so you don't have to bring your own. The kitchen was updated, clean, and very functional. Every door and drawer is labeled with what to find inside which is helpful during cooking and also with remembering where to put items away after cleaning them. There is a toaster and coffee maker, as well. The oven and stove top was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The refrigerator was clean with a ton of space and the ice maker in the freezer worked great. The view is beautiful, even though the property sits back from the beach a bit. The walk to the beach is probably 5-7 minutes depending on how fast or slow you walk (with a sidewalk and signs showing you how to get to the beach). We mostly visited the beach while here, but one day was cooler so we parked ourselves on chairs at the pool that sits on the beach front. The bar at the pool area was nice to have and even had a restaurant where you could order lunch and eat at tables outside or at your pool chair. The pool appeared to be heated for cooler days. It's also worth noting to pay attention to the flag warnings on the beach each day. The rip current was extremely dangerous (double red flags) our first two days which resulted in a tragedy down the beach from us. I hate to even mention this, but I think it's important to make note of. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this property and found it to be one of the cleanest, most thoughtfully organized places we've ever rented. The three elevators ensured that we never had to wait long for a ride up or down. Also, there are shopping carts and luggage carts available in the open lobby to use to move your items in and out. Oh also, the gentleman at the guard shack was so incredibly welcoming when we arrived that it really set a positive tone for our stay. I wish I would have gotten his name.
