we arrived and the AC was broken. We had an air conditioner in the balcony. The room was really small. The ceilings had stains. The hallways stayed nasty but what I did like about the stay is it was very close to the beach and the pool and hot tub was clean staff was friendly. There was construction on our hallway, which was loud, the building looked very old. There was not enough parking. The building needs updated.

Human Hair in Beds, Vacasa Refused to Help, Mixed Bag Otherwise

Arrived to find bed full of human hair. The sheets clearly had not been changed. Contacted Vacasa by phone only to be told they could do nothing until the next day, despite the fact that they managed the entire highrise. Incredible they would not have someone available 24/7 to take care of the problem or have simply left extra sheets in the unit so we could change the bed. Tried texting Vacasa and was clearly communicating with an AI due to the irrelevant answers it gave me, though when I asked if it was a real person it lied and said it was. How stupid do they think their guests are? Had to drive to Walmart late that evening and buy sheets. Door was broken on the shower, but usable. Same for closet. If not for the fact that the on-site restaurant was good and that we liked the chairs and umbrellas on the beach, this would be a one-star review. I will avoid Vacasa properties in the future. If you rent, bring your own sheets and some cleaning supplies.

Not as nice as photos

It was conveniently located right across from the beach. However, we had no cable or Wifi, had hair all over when we first arrived, and the fridge barely worked. It was also outdated.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE

I booked a room here for two days to stay with my family. As soon as we arrived, we could tell the place was old and outdated. That was no problem at all. We walked into our room and immediately noticed a bed skirt was ripped and had what appeard to be a blood stain on it. I snapped a picture just incase they tried to charge me. Again, not a big issue. We went to the beach and didn't come back until late. After showers we all went to bed. Both beds had LOTS of sand from the previous guests. HUGE PROBLEM! I can deal with out of date rooms and even a rip or stain, but I can't deal with someone else's filth! I let the hotel know about it and only got an apology. We checked out the next morning, a day early. I requested a refund but of course haven't heard back.

Nice place

Nice and affordable. It was hot in the room IMO as you can't set temp below 72. I couldn't imagine how it is in Aug/Sept, as we went in April. Shower control took forever to figure out. It was either melt your face off hot or freezing cold and it took alot of time to find the exact spot that was OK to shower. Addition of a nightstand (even a tiny one) would make a world of difference. Other than the temperature of the room there's nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Okay stay

It was a great location and fairly comfortable. It is really outdated and needs to be all repainted. Looks like they try really hard to keep it clean but everything looks dirty because it’s old. The bed frames have bleach splotches on them that don’t look like bleach if you catch my drift. Needs a face lift. Other than that it was a good stay.

Nice condo but poor management

Upon arrival our entry number did not work. It was corrected quickly. The weather was cold the first day so we paid for late check out to enjoy more the 2nd day. Unfortunately the cleaning ladies kept trying to clean the room and entered the room 3 times. The key pad would no longer work to let us in the room and no one answered any of the phone numbers listed. The email address for the manager bounced back as invalid an no on was at the front desk. Last day of our trip was ruined.

The room is perfect for sleeping and showering, the only thing we needed it for during our vacation. I believe the description said “bay view”, which is incorrect. The view from the balcony is of the tennis court/basketball court area. Access to the private beach was amazing. Kids loved the heated pool.

Great stay!

The room was perfect for a 4 night stay for a family of 4. Beach was nice and there restaurant was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions. We’d definitely consider returning next year!

The beach is right across the street. The private access was great. We went a little outside of tourist season, so it was not crowded. The room was smaller than expected and the pictures were slightly misleading but the stay was absolutely great!

Pretty nice

The room's view was misleading. Other than that, they stay was great. Very close to a lot of great restaurants. Right across from the beach. Staff was very nice. Nice quiet place.
