Awesome view from entire condo. Easy walk to beach, supermarket, restaurants, music venue. Crock pot was a plus. I would book again if i ever return.

Julie was great very responsive. Room was clean. The view was just like what is on the pictures. Nice recliner ,couch and two chairs. The only bad thing the pool was shut down the whole time we were there. Great place.

This place is all about the location. It’s right across from the beautiful Miramar Beach. There’s a walkway from the pool area, but we found going out the front door even easier. The unit itself has all the things our family of four needed. The huge balcony has a great view of the water, but is right over the man entrance and can get a little noisy. We used the stairs a lot because the elevator can take a little while. There are numerous places to shop and eat within walking distance. Overall we had a really pleasant trip.

Condo was nice. Loved the balcony view of the beach. Short walk just across the highway to the beach. Great idea to have beach service included. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great experience traveling with family to Miramar. We booked this space specifically because of the private beach and proximity to the water, multiple bathrooms, and washer and dryer in the actual condo! Everything we needed between check in and check out was provided. To any guests I would suggest buying some extra paper towels, detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper if staying more than 2-3 days. It was great having 2 showers to use with multiple people in the space, as well as a washer and dryer to use daily to wash swimsuits and other clothes dirtied on the beach or water. Having a fully functional kitchen was great for saving money on eating out too. We used pretty much every part of the facility from the gym to the courts to the pool and had a great time. The reserved beach chairs was a great addition to our experience, we definitely would have paid for it regardless because it’s truly worth the ease but is a great thought from the owners! The restaurant attached to the condos had delicious food as well. The location is ideal as it’s only 15 min away from Destin where we had excursions too. Closest grocery store is 5 min away and plenty of beach supply stores all along the main road. Was truly home away from home and some of the best sleep I’ve gotten on a vacation! We would love to return if ever planning another trip to FL.

Check in was super easy. Location was perfect - loved being about to safely walk over to the beach from the hotels bridge off the first floor. Balcony was amazing to watch the sunset. Loved waking up in the morning and walking out there to view the ocean. The condo was just enough space for me and my teenage & adult kids. Host was amazing and responsive! We will definitely be back. This condo was the perfect location to everything.

Julie was very responsive with any questions throughout our stay! Pictures are a correct depiction of condo. We had everything we needed. Resort staff were nice and helpful. We went to beach on ground level and it was a very easy walk onto beach. Make sure your crew has gate codes saved or memorize as you need them going in and out of building and beach, except for lobby. My family had a wonderful stay here!

Great location and amenities!!!

The owner was quick to get back to me anytime I had a question and very friendly. On site restraunt and beach bar that you can order food to have delivered right to the beach. Free 2 chairs and umbrella rental and extra beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach rug in the room to take down to the beach. Great place to stay outside of the busy Destin area. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Our Host Julie was wonderful. It’s Beautifully decorated and spacious for our party of 5. Beds are very comfortable! There was some hair in the main shower. But otherwise very nice and well furnished kitchen. The pool was closed 2 days for different issues and the compressor on the hot tubs were broken so they didn’t work. They had to order the part. There’s a lot of noise outside but you can’t hear it much inside. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors (which is ok unless you’re using a luggage cart or beach wagon) after over an hr waiting on one empty enough for the luggage cart, we ended up carrying our luggage down the 3 flights to the car. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Surfside

We had a very nice stay at this Surfside condo. The communication with the hostess was very good once we were there. I messaged earlier in the week before we left asking if beach towels were provided and did not get a response. After we were there though, the communication was very good. There was a problem with the sliding door and her husband came over and fixed the door for us. The condo is spacious and laid out well. The kitchen is a bit small but the bedrooms, especially the master are a very nice size. There were plastic plates in the kitchen for young children. It would have been nice to also have a few plastic, kid cups. The glass wear is nice but very thick and heavy for a 3 year old. I loved that beach service was included with the condo. I will definitely keep this condo in mind for a future visit.

The pool and the amenities were dated and just okay. The restaurant at the resort was good. The room was spacious and nice, a little dated but was okay. I emailed and asked if there pool towels were included and didn't hear back so I didn't pack any. It would have been nice if beach towels were included in the resort especially since we flew in from Ohio. We ended up buying some from the beach store. When we arrived there were rubber wristbands waiting for us but there wasn't a note saying we had to return them. As we were leaving as soon as we got to the car they texted me and wanted us to return them. I thought it was odd and tacky that they must have been watching us leave and asked for them back. I've never been asked to return the wristbands at any resort I've stayed at. I wouldn't want to wear a wristband someone else was using all week. It's kind of gross. The location wasn't my favorite area to stay at. It was very busy.

Hi Julianne, I am sorry that you did not read the note in the check in email (right below the door code) that stated: These bands will be left for you in the condo. These are to be left upon checkout in the same place where you found them, please. There is a replacement charge of $10 per band if not left in the unit at checkout." After guests departure, the condo is inspected and it was noted that the wristbands were missing. I texted you to see if you had left property yet so that I could avoid charging you to replace the wristbands. Our resort charges $10 a band to replace. This is on the check in info and the sign next to the bands. Re: beach towels, our check in information and rental agreement state that we don't provide beach towels. I am sorry that you did not read that. I offered to bring you beach towels since you flew in (as I do with our guests that fly) and you said that you already bought some and that it was "all good". We include all of these details in multiple places to ensure that guests are informed. In addition, I provide my email and cell to be available for questions. All the best, Julie

The view from room was really nice. I am not a clean freak but there was seaweed on the bathroom floor when we got there and the fold out couch had the sheets under it when pulled out with stains on it. We made it work. The condo worked out great otherwise. I am not sure if the water is always like that in Miramar but it was just not what we were used to. Lots of seaweed. We went to crab island and it was not like that. We did enjoy the stay and the comfort of them sharing their home though. Grateful for the beach trip and having a safe trip. Thanks so much.
