House was very nice. About a .7 mile walk to seaside. Very easy to cut through a neighborhood my four and seven year-old walk back-and-forth easily. Nice quiet neighborhood. This house is located right by Pool, which would be good for summer.

We love the location and serenity of this home! Enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach on our golf cart and riding the bikes through WaterColor. The home is spacious, a great layout and right beside the pool. The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable! Highly recommend this home! The only thing that could improve the experience is new pots and pans and maybe an extra set of silverware - we do lots of cooking!

We'll Be Baaaack!

We felt like we were at home with trees all around in a quiet gated community. Quality of the home and furnishings were excellent and any problem was managed quickly. What suprised us was the proximity to the beach, grocery store and Seaside shops were all managable walks or bike rides and mostly in shade. We'll be back with more of our family next time.

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay in the Hammocks! Perfectly tucked away, but also close enough to walk or bike to restaurants and beach. We would definitely come back here again!

Amazing home!!!!

We loved this adorable house which is located in a quiet, gated community. Communication was great! The check in and check out process was super easy. We had 3 teenage girls with us and we loved the room with the built in bunk beds so they could all be in the same room together. The bottom bunk king beds were a huge hit! All the beds were comfortable. The house was very well furnished. We ate most of our meals at the house. The rental came with 3 bikes which were perfect for the girls to ride to the beach. Absolutely loved this house. Will definitely rent here again!!!!

Wonderful place. Made great memories. I would stay again 100%. Just. Few recommendations. 1. Bigger trash can in the kitchen. It’s a big kitchen and has space for a larger trash can either built in to the beautiful woodwork or just a larger one in the corner. 2. A better vacuum cleaner. I like to keep the house tidily as I stay, sand accumulates big time, would have loved to have a vaccum cleaner that worked. 3. Maybe some window coverings on the windows downstairs in the living room and right when you walk upstairs. 4. Remind guests to bring flash lights. It’s dark in the Neighborhoods when riding around at night. It was a great stay! Management company was responsive and very friendly. Thank You!

Peaceful vacation

Quiet and quaint neighborhood, house is next door to pool. Pool is almost completely in the shade, so only 2 chairs have the ability to Sun bathe. A little too far from beach for us, but it was too cold to go most days anyways. Lovely house, complete with everything we needed and ample towels!

Beautiful home, fantastic location

This is by far one of the nicest and coziest vacation properties we've ever stayed in. It is quite large and had all the supplies and then some to last us for a week. Adequate parking and bikes to get you the mile or so to the "city center" for food, drinks, shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Neighbourhood

We love the Hammocks! It’s so peaceful and Serene, yet close to the beach and Seaside! We love the pools and that everyone is friendly in the neighborhood. We did find that the house was missing some amendies for a long stay like we had. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again soon.

Hidden Gem

This is a fantastic hidden gem. The house is in a cute, secluded and gated neighborhood that is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We loved the house and the golf cart made getting around the area a breeze. We will definitely book this house again.

Nice but not perfect!

Started out good. Plumbing issues but help came and worked on it soon. No lighting in dining area. Broken barstool. But besides that nice house. Best part was located next door to swimming pool and very private.

Perfect 30A rental!!

We had such a nice stay Labor Day weekend here. We had 6 adults and 1 infant and it was perfect - more than enough space, everything was so nice and exceeded expectations. Check in / out process was extremely easy and the amenities were great. Will book again!
