Spring break this year has been a little crazier than most (likely because of travel limitations to other locations). Typically, this area is super family friendly, with very minimal rowdiness, but still fairly crowded. We are sorry for the issues with communications, we always ask that you call us directly or email. We are always ready to help our guest even after hours for emergency's. Regarding the chlorine for the pools, pool keepers communicated to our company what they are able to do so we must follow their lead. We will definitely pass your review on to the property manager and owner to see if we can get things you mentioned fixed.
