Come and enjoy a comfortable holiday in this 3-star rated apartment located on the top floor of a quiet yet centrally located residence. Situated between Hossegor town center and Capbreton marina, this apartment offers complete privacy and a prime location. You can easily explore all the attractions of the seaside resort's center on foot, including its shops, numerous bars, and restaurants.
Equipped with all modern comforts, this duplex apartment offers 120 m² of living space, guaranteeing ample room and privacy for everyone.
On the ground floor, the spacious living area, with its modern and stylish décor, promises moments of sharing and conviviality with family and friends. Its dual aspect, thanks to two furnished balconies, ensures optimal sunshine throughout the day. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals, perhaps using fresh produce that you can pick up at the market earlier. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes for your belongings. A bathroom and separate toilet are also available on this level. The first floor, with its sloping ceilings, offers a second shower room for added comfort, as well as a separate toilet. A third double bedroom, small but cozy, and a family room with a double bed and two single beds complete the sleeping area. Two secure parking spaces are available, ensuring hassle-free parking even during peak season. The nearby cycle path allows you to reach the beaches of Hossegor and Capbreton in just a few minutes.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the accommodation is left in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.

Please consult the welcome booklet upon arrival.

You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.
If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; details will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

appartement très agréable

Cet appartement est très bien situé, très proche des rues les plus commerçantes d'Hossegor, sans être complètement dans le centre(2 minutes à pied) . La possibilité de stationner dans la résidence est très appréciable. Environnement calme et résidentiel. Il est spacieux, permettrait sans souci une bonne cohabitation de deux familles par ex grâce à ses deux étages (duplex). la pièce de vie est vaste, très joliment décorée (comme le reste de l'appartement d'ailleurs). la cuisine est très bien équipée. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Belle location à Hossegor

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, idéalement situé au cœur d’Hossegor. Spacieux, clair, très pratique et bien entretenu. Un grand séjour, une cuisine bien équipée, 4 chambres, des balcons. Un lieu sympa en plein centre ville pour découvrir et rayonner vers le Lac d’Hossegor, l’océan, ou le pays basque.

Magnifique Appartement idéal pour profiter des avantages d’Hossegor Plage / ville à pieds ou en velo

Cette appartement est supérieur à la description, calme, vue sur les pins, soleil toute la journée (même en hivers). Décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qui faut pour passer de bonne vacances, très propre, petit cadeaux d’accueil, Un super accueil de Joel et son équipe, qui vous met dans une ambiance de vacances ! il convient parfaitement pour une famille ou 2 familles avec enfants (chacun son étage) c’est bien agréable. Pas de bruit entre les étages. A disposition des bouquins et une dizaine de jeux à disposition ce qui occupe les soirées. Un super L’appartement est juste top Un super séjour avec le soleil A recommander !!

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux et confortable !

L’appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre ville et du port de plaisance. A 5 mn de la plage en vélo. Très calme dans un environnement de verdure. Lumineux, très spacieux, une belle décoration et avec tout le confort nécessaire (cuisine très bien équipée, transats, wifi...). Tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait.

Grand appart, fonctionnel, calme. Meublé avec gout. Connection Internet de bonne qualité, en plein centre-ville d'Hossegor. On gare la voiture et tout peut se faire en vélo....

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement qui bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur les pins et au calme. Les chambres sont bien et fonctionnelles, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque! L'appartement est très lumineux et les 120 M2 permettent à tous d'avoir son espace. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre, les conseils et la documentation du propriétaire nous ont été très utiles. Nous projetons de revenir avec des amis.

un super sejour

C'est vraiment agréable de pouvoir poser la voiture et de tout faire à pied ou en vélo (location à 100 mètres). 200 mètres du marché et du port et la plage à 5 minutes en vélo. Appartement en duplex très clair, agréable, bien équipe et calme. un très bon accueil
