That is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. Cleanliness and readiness of the property are priorities for our team, and we regret that debris was present in the parking area upon arrival. This has been addressed with our maintenance team to help prevent a similar situation in the future. We also appreciate your comments regarding access to the front porch and entry. While the layout and access points are reflected in the listing, we understand how this could be inconvenient for transportation and will take your feedback into consideration when reviewing how this information is presented. Regarding the pull out sofa in the garden suite, we are sorry to hear it did not provide a comfortable sleeping experience for your family member. We recognize that comfort is especially important when traveling with children, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be evaluating the mattress to determine appropriate improvements. For longer stays and larger groups, we do provide starter supplies, with additional items available upon request. We regret any frustration caused by the timing of that delivery and understand how that could disrupt your day. We strive to be responsive and supportive when concerns are raised during a stay, and we are sorry that you feel we fell short in making things right.
