This place was fantastic!! The amenities & location were ideal. The views from the condo were amazing especially at night. The host was quick to respond to all of my questions & requests. Mr Kurt was very helpful & friendly. We had a great stay & will be back!

Host was great at responding promptly to our concerns. Garbage was not taken out from previous guests. Commuter train ran right behind the unit, horn blaring, starting at about 6:30am, and continued every 20min. If you have to get up early then it’s okay.

Loved this property! The high floor corner location and split bedroom floor plan were perfect for our girls trip! It was close enough to the Nashville strip yet far enough away for quiet time at night. Would definitley recommend!

Girls weekend in Nashville. Stayed here 2 times and it’s always perfect. Walk to Broadway and clean, spacious condo for 4 people. Will be back for sure. And Kurt is quick to respond when you accidentally lock yourself out because you are using the building code for the condo door !

Just spend this past weekend at this property, as my husband and I were in town to celebrate our twin nieces 21st birthdays. My sister and other niece stayed with us and this was a perfect property. It is conveniently located (15 min walk or 7 UBER ride to Broadway) and has beautiful views of the river! There didn't appear to be a liquor or sundry store nearby, so plan ahead for anything you need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were roomy! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect!

The location was perfect with a short simple walk to Broadway! Very safe area. Property was very clean and the instructions and communication were concise and exceeded expectations! Great gym, pool, and rooftop area! We would stay again in a second!

This was our first time in Nashville and we loved it. City view is very convenient to Broadway and had a great view of the Fireworks.

Enjoyable Stay

Management was fantastic, responding quickly to any inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.The location was great, offering easy access to the city. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable, making it simple to unwind and feel at home. However, the electronic keypad was temperamental, requiring multiple attempts at entry.The living area was spacious with plenty of seating, making it a great space for all of us to gather—so much more enjoyable than separate hotel rooms. It really allowed us to make the most of our time together in a cosy and welcoming environment. That said, the white bedroom furniture was oversized, making it difficult to move around near the TV.The shower and bath worked well, but could use some updating to match the modern feel of the apartment. A thoughtful touch was the apartment being well-stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid, making settling in much easier.The views were absolutely stunning, especially at night with the arena and skyline in sight. One thing to note is the train horn in the morning - light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Some guests mention the view of the homeless community, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place with great communication, fantastic amenities and spectacular city views—a wonderful choice for a stay in Nashville.

Awesome place!

The view was amazing and the location was perfect! We walked to Broadway every day and walked back at night. Always felt safe! The homeless encampment is right there but they did not bother anyone. The train does go right by but didn’t bother us. The host was very responsive to one small issue we had. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice quiet area .

Beautiful condo

Spacious and very modern… close to downtown but a very reasonable walking distance…we really appreciated the responsiveness of owners and having extra items available (coffee, paper towels, etc)
