Xanadu Villa - 壮観な静かな隠れ家

Cindy and I have purchased this property as a retirement home. We are sharing it to help cover costs while saving money for our retirement. We live in Ottawa, Canada, and look forward to spending time at Los Dolfines.

We love to travel, have a sailboat that we use when we are not in Los Delfines, and are enjoying time with our first grand baby.

We fell in love with Xanadu 5 from the first time we saw it. The property is spacious and private inside and out and generous with ammenities for guests.

There are literally three master bedrooms in the home, one on the ground floor, two upstairs. All have their own ensuite bathrooms, and generous storage space.

The main floor offers a large entertainment area, dining and living room space, a stand up bar in the kitchen that makes the property ideal for enjoying time with friends and family. This space extends to a fantastic screened in area with a bbq grill and seperate dining space. Very few Los Delfines properties offer the space and privacy of the Xanadu models, often sited as the nicest homes in Los Delfines.

The Los Delfines community is perfect for families or friends wishing to spend time together. Xanadu 5 backs onto the golf course, so all that you see is greenspace.

We are a five minute walk from a beach that stretches on for many kilometers. The property hosts a Macaw santuary, and is full of wildlife. We enjoy boogie boarding, body surfing and swimming on our own very quiet beach. It's spectacular.

There is a well stocked store, amenites on site, as well as the Rancho restaurant. Within a short drive of Los Delfines, you can find any immenity that you need from restaurants to large grocery stores, to zip lining, national parks and surfing beaches.

Xanadu 5 is very spacious and very private. With 3 master bedrooms with ensuites, it is ideal for 2 or three couples travelling together or a family. It is large enough that you have your own space, but has an excellent shared entertainment space with a seperate washroom.

The back yard is surrounded by 5 meter hedges around the spacious swimming pool. It is your own private heaven in Costa Rica.

The entertainment area on the ground floor includes a dining room, a stand up islkand around the kitchen and prep area, a living room / entertainment area leading to a screened in dining space with BBQ grill.

Xanadu 5 is located on the golf course on the 6th hole. As members, we are able to get our guests discounts for golf that cuts the normal price of a round of golf in half. That is a lot of value for friends that enjoy golf. We have stopped for a dip in the pool on the 6th on more than one occasion when the course is not busy.

We have high speed fiber Internet and very generous channel offerings on all 4 TVs located on the property. We typically never turn a TV on during our stays, but families that have stayed have commented on the convenience.

Cindy and I are constantly investing in the property. There are no amenities that are missing, and no improvements we are not willing to make. We value the input of our clients and invest when there is a gap that needs to be filled.
