Enjoyed the stay but poor communication with Management Company
Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool.
Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there would be TP, soap & basic cleaning supplies (after seeing a previous review). He responded right away saying it'd all be there but there was no extra toilet paper, and after a couple days with 7 people, we ran out and had to supply our own. There also wasn't laundry soap or a can opener. Just a few things that made our time there a little more difficult. After multiple messages, the management company finally brought us soap & toilet paper, but it was 2 hours before we checked out. The wifi also went out for the last 3 days we were there, and it didn't seem like anyone was coming to check it out. Again, the host responded quickly to every email but the management company (who was in charge of fixing things) didn't respond.
We enjoyed the home & its facilities, but if you run into any issues or things you need, it's likely that it will take multiple days for those issues to be resolved. In the future I'd stay at a different place but still stay at Los Delfines.
