Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and the loft area
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas A1 is an end unit in the A Building and adjacent to the swimming pool. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great unit

We stay in the Waikoloa Beach Villas every year. This one ranks at the top. Great location next to the pool. Unit was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely unit and fantastic management

This unit has plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the two living room spaces. Close to the pool. We enjoyed the bbq on the patio. Lovely decor throughout the unit.

Beautiful

Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need. Clean and lots of space for my adult children - family of 7. Loved our vacation and the weather in Waikoloa is the best on the island. Pool and jacuzzi where just steps away. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for our family

Place was clean and in a great location for the activities we wanted to do. There was lots of space for our family to hang out. The pool was close which was really convenient since I have two young daughters. Lots of beach items in the garage for you to use. The property management was really responsive if you contact them.

Perfect for family and friends

The condo was perfect for my family and a few friends! Location was perfect, condo was clean! The only thing we got frustrated was the internet connection. A few of us had to work and kept getting kicked off of the internet every day.

Family Retreat Nice Stay

Property is nice. Close to beach and shopping. Great walking paths outside of gated property. Directly across from Queens Marketplace with grocery store. It’s a 20 minute drive to shop at Target, Walmart and Costco. We could see the Mauna Loa Volcano in the evening from the upper lanai! We enjoyed having a washer and dryer for all the towels and kids things. Thank you for making your property available. We all had a wonderful time!

Family Summer Vacation

We love the Big Island and Waikoloa is one of our favorite places to stay. This unit is perfect for families and large groups. There is space for everyone! The location by the pool is awesome and there is a large grass area just right outside your door. We had a blast playing bocce ball and it would be perfect for little kids. The loft is a wonderful bonus and it comes with a comfortable pull out sofa! The furniture is a bit dated, and faded, but it is comfortable and it does fit everyone. The kitchen is appointed well, and they do start you off with a great supply to get you going on your stay. But you will want to pick up plenty of storage bags, some cleaning supplies and extra paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is also starting to show its age, but it does the trick! Overall it’s a great place to stay and really comfortable for large groups! I would recommend for the location and price! Aloha!

Spring Break in Waikoloa

We were a group of 4 -- 2 couples -- and the A-1 villa was perfect for us. We could have easily fit another couple or a couple of kids. The unit is fantastic: great location by the pool and fitness center and a short walk to the Queen's Shops; very well equipped kitchen with more than most will use unless staying for several weeks; very clean and well appointed furniture; all the necessary beach equipment/toys. A-Bay and the Lava Lava Beach Club are less than a mile away, while the Hilton (amazing pool and grounds) is just over a mile. If you like to run or walk, there are several options full of beautiful views. Communication with Resortica was easy, convenient, timely. This meant a smooth check-in and check-out process and no issues pre or post trip. Our only (minor) complaint is that the TVs were a pain to operate when we were trying to watch March Madness games. They either need more explicit operating instructions or a different cable system with smoother navigation. Again, minor issue. We'll try to book this property again if plans bring us back to the Big Island.

Absolutely perfect stay

Considering this property? BOOK IT. Pictures do not do justice to the unit’s cleanliness and island-chic decor, and the setting is just lovely. Back lawn area off the lanai was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon snoozing, and evening cocktails. With the pool and gym only a few short steps away, all our needs were more than met. Bedsheets are soft, towels are plentiful, fridge and cabinet space is ample, and our party of seven all slept comfortably. Kitchen is unbelievably well stocked with pots, pans, etc. (even a blender and pitchers for the concoctions we blended!). Location is great for sightseeing, relaxing, shopping, dining, and beach provisions were much appreciated. Perhaps the most unexpected surprise was the little resident garden kitty, who we named Mango. She visited when we invited her, but kept a distance otherwise. We miss her already. Thank you for a perfect location for a very special stay on the beautiful Big Island with precious family. We hope to return soon! One suggestion: ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom is pretty rickety. We turned it on once and then left it off for the remainder of our stay. Could probably use a tightening up!

3 Bedroom Waikoloa Condo near Queens Market

We have stayed at a different unit in this complex before and were prepared for the experience. We needed a 3 bedroom with at least 1 bedroom on the bottom floor for my mother in law who is 86. This is a comfortable, well appointed house that fulfilled our requirement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here although next time we will try to stay closer to the shore since this unit has no ocean view or immediate shore access. We were looking for a unit with a Lanai(patio) and this unit has a nice gas grill that was convenient - however, the nearby watering sprinklers were a daily morning annoyance if you wanted peaceful time outside to eat or sit. The downstairs shower didn't function well as the diverter valve in the tub fill has some issues and all three of the shower heads needed to be cleaned to get a good even spray but otherwise everything seemed to working for us. One unfortunate issue was that even though the kitchen had every utensil and appliance you might need - there were NO food or pantry items. No spices, cooking oil, condiments or such - you will need to purchase everything ... and throw it all out when you are ready to leave, makes staying in a home with a kitchen less appealing... which is why you are staying here and not a hotel in the first place. Hopefully they change this policy in the future because the islands already have a trash disposal problem. It was disheartening to toss recyclables in the dumpster also. Anyway, we would stay here again, its nice.

As comfortable as home

This trip was important to our family on multiple levels, so it was essential to accommodate multiple needs of multiple ages while here, and this property was just what we needed. It was the perfect location to relax, reconnect post pandemic and reconvene after a long day of exploring. The property itself was clean, well stocked and wonderfully located (end unit and close to the pool). The set up with the one bedroom downstairs was great for the elders of the group. Using codes (instead of keys or cards) to get in and lock the door was great, as everyone could easily get in and out as needed. After the first couple of days it was just like coming home. The addition of available beach gear was a blessing and convenience that made our day at the beaches fun, seamless and easy. We will definitely recommend this property, as well as stay here again on future visits! Thank you for helping to make this very important trip so memorable!

Wonderful property

We loved this unit. This particular property was an end unit somewhat secluded from the rest and was absolutely fantastic. Top-flight appliances… And we absolutely loved the fantastic outdoor grill and built-in set up.
