Condo was just as advertised, well stocked and plenty of beach gear. The condo is just behind the King shops, which makes it a convenient walk to restaurants and stores. There were plenty of grills and we used the pool and hot tub daily. We really appreciated communication with the owner and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Property and Location

What a great place! We had a wonderful time staying here in the Waikoloa beach Resort area, on beautiful A-Bay. The property, pool and bbq area was top notch. Our unit was well appointed, lots of space, a nice lanai and great beds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Winter break

Overall the unit is excellent. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was ability to enjoy the lanai for dinner. With ac units running on the lanai’s we missed sitting outside to enjoy quiet time.

A little piece of heaven

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villas! The location is ideal for us, walking distance to the Kings Shops, where we found delicious dinners several nights, and the Queens Marketplace, for fresh fish and veggies on the nights we took advantage of the BBQ and enjoyed a peaceful meal on the balcony. The A' Beach is within walking distance, a great place to pull up a lounger and read under the palm trees, or avail yourself of all the beach rentals, snorkels, kayaks, etc. Whale watching leaves from the beach as well and we were delighted to be able to spot several on our trip. James and Stacy were very responsive the few times we needed some assistance and have given much thought to their guests needs, providing all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!

Great location on big island

Place was beautiful. Location near shops was great. Second floor apartment with people below and above you. Could hear children above running around in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. The people below us complained about every little noise even though most days I had teenagers that slept till 10.

Anniversary trip

The condo and its community were quiet, clean and in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach, grocery story and Queen Market and King Shops. I have zero complaints. The owners reached out to see how we were doing which was a nice touch. I would stay here again as I love the location and convenience of a small gym, pool, and shopping.

Dream Come True Honeymoon

Aloha!!! My husband and I just got married and was on our honeymoon from Texas. We were over the moon when we arrived at this beautiful villa. It was exactly as described and more. The property was easily accessible, as the restaurants and shopping malls, parking was good. Watching the sunrise from the balcony of the villa and then the sunset from the infinity pool was absolutely spectacular!! The property manager always responded. Not if, but when we make our way back to Hawai’i from Texas, this is the place we would love to stay. Mahalo for everything the Big Island has to offer. This trip was a dream come true!

Fairways Villa

The condo was beautiful and location is perfect. Waikoloa has everything guests need. One change to note; Downtown Kona now charges 15.00/hr, for parking, so if you are thinking about driving into Kona, be prepared to pay at least 30.00/for dinner, free here in Waikoloa!

Great place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! Check in and check out was easy. It was conveniently located near Kings Marketplace, which was awesome. The pool and gym was about a 2 minute walk. They had a pack n play ready as well, which helped us with our baby. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Great location, clean, beautiful view of the golf course. They had additional beach items that we used consistently. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat.

Gold Nugget in the Land of Lava Flows!

My wife and I celebrated our 35th Anniversary at The Fairway Villas in G-22 and it was a wonderful experience. Nice, quiet community, beautifully landscaped. At the end of our visit, my wife and I racked our brains to come up with a "room for improvement" comment and came up with nothing. StacyLynn and James property was so well equipped that it left us needing nor wanting anything more. The condo was decorated tastefully and cohesively throughout. We hope to be able to look your property up for our our 50th in 15 years. :-) Mahalo!

Nice condo in great complex

Second time in this complex and first time in this unit. Condo was clean and comfortable, and communication with the property Owner was great. This is our favorite part of the big island, and we would happily stay here again!

The perfect condo in Waikoloa

This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and our 3rd time staying in Waikoloa and this place was our favorite by far. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. The beds were super comfy, there was lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, and the outside closet was stocked for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai for breakfast and afternoon relaxing. Thanks for making this place so perfect for a nice vacation!

Awesome Condo

Condo was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property was one of the cleanest we have experienced, everything was immaculate! Great beach toys in the closet, and the guest room had a queen bed which worked really well for us. The Decor was just lovely! The owners were so attentive & responsive to all our questions! I would high recommend this condo!!

Beautiful Waikolo Resort stay!

The condo until was functional and lovely, had all of the amenities, hosts very responsive! The beds are every comfortable and we enjoy sitting on the back deck for our morning coffee. The resort has an awesome pool and hot tub! We used the BBQs quite a lot and they are kept very clean. We love staying in this resort as it’s close to all of our favourite beaches and a quick walk to the queens and kings shops!

Awesome Hawaii Condo!

This was our second time renting this lovely home. It had everything we needed to enjoy the island. The complex is beautiful and so well located. We enjoyed watching the sun set at “A” Beach, and then coming back to relax and bbq dinner in the evenings. We also loved having our morning coffee on the peaceful lanai overlooking the golf course. It’s awesome to be surrounded by so much beauty!

We both grew up on the coast of California so the beach has been part of our lives from the beginning. We were married on the island in 2002 and have been coming back together since. The Big Island has definitely become part of our life as a couple. Now, as our family has grown we continue to spend time here with our children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities from snorkling, golf, tennis, hiking and especially whale watching. We hope that you and your family will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do.

We stumbled upon The Fairway Villas during it's construction in April of 2003 while on our second honeymoon. We had some time on our hands prior to our departure when we stopped at the King's Shops on our way to the airport. We knew that we wanted a place to escape our busy lives in the Bay Area. After returning home, a week of no sleep, and hours of conversation we decided to take the plunge to make Hawaii our second home. Since then, we have visited as often as 5-6 times a year along with sharing our visits with friends and family.

We enjoy the proximity to all the amenities of the resort area. We always take a snorkel or sunset cruise with Ocean Sports right out of A-Bay. They are friendly and consistently give great service. Most of all, we love to golf on the local courses and play tennis at the Hilton.
