Derby Get-away

We like the condo because it's first floor and view is amazing! But we probably won't be renting this unit anymore because there is no where to sit comfortably in the living room. The furniture is so uncomfortable and the master bed is getting too high for us to use comfortably...but otherwise love the view!

April Stay

This property is very nice. It could use some update (for instance, new pillows would be nice) Also the two chairs in the family room are very uncomfortable...As is the sofa...but the condo has everything you need and the view is gorgeous...

Thanksgiving get away

We love this condo with a few exceptions. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. The two chairs in the family room are very hard to sit on. The condo looks very nice in pictures but they are deceiving. We will probably rebook this condo because we love where it's located and the view. Also the fans are both old and have some issues (the bedroom one makes a clicking noise and the family room one has a chain that is broken making it hard to change the speeds).. we do like the unit. These little updates would make anyones stay a lot more comfortable. Also the front door jam - all the paint is peeling off and the door handle is very hard to open. But otherwise we loved our stay..Marcia Zinser

Nice Place But!…,………..

Unfortunately Red Tide was going on , would have been nice to have been told … but it’s whatever, the problem lies with the property management! No one cleans up all the Dead Sea life on the canal beach at the condo!! Therefore the smell was horrible!!! It was already sad to see but then the flys were everywhere ! Was VERY hard to enjoy the pool with all the flys and the stench. AND , the amount of maggots that were around was discussing !!! This could have been controlled better if they would just clean the beach up twice a day! I call and left 2 messages for the office and they were ignored!!! Never received a call back! TERRIBLE! Otherwise condo is really nice but it would have been great to have had toilet paper in bathrooms upon arrival! There was NONE! Not great when arriving late

Isla vaca

The condo was fine...there were a few things that should have been updated - the fan in the family room - the chain broke and we had to improvise that and the drain in the small bathroom was off and the couch was very uncomfortable...but these are minor issues and really the place was nice....

Needs attention to cleanliness and appliances

It is the perfect place for a family vacation. They just need to perform a more thorough cleaning of utensils especially. We found silverware not clean, drawers dirty. The dryer was not working and was replaced on our second day. The refrigerator failed just one day before our departure and was not repaired, that was very unfortunate.

Great Location and Views

We had a great time there as always. So nice to see dolphins daily from the patio. Some improvements suggested, replace master bedroom mattress that was sunken and get a low profile box spring sop the bed isn't 4' tall. Get rid of broken ottoman or fix it. I willdefinitely book again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome community. We did have a bad time checking in and unable to get in to the unit the first night. After that it was awesome.

Lovely place to stay

Nice location right on the water. Got to see dolphins the very first night right out in the bay. We enjoyed nice peaceful evenings sitting outside. Most of the kids around d were respectable until the last night when a new group arrived. Just glad it wasnt the whole time.

Nice Condo On The Water

We had a nice stay at this condo. Enjoyed the beautiful water views. The condo was spacious, had a nice layout and was equipped with everything we needed. We did note some minor repairs were needed but, overall, our experience was positive.
