My stay at this home in Arizona was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for the week. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing. Felt right at home

Stayed here for about 5 days with two other families. We often look for a place that always felt like home. We don't look for extravagant perks but simple things that makes everyday feel normal but relaxed. All the families appreciated. The full stock of coffee, cleaning supplies from detergent to dishwashing soap or dishwashing pods and limitless supply of towels. We were here for a tournament for our kids and this place made them stay focused on themselves rather than look for something that they felt was missing. Glad to have found this spot!

Great home for families

Repeat stay for us at Kurt and Caitlin’s home. Stayed the weekend for an event at Phoenix Swim Club. Big home with plenty of bedrooms for our group. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was plenty big enough for cooking meals and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus was being able to use the garage. Plenty of driveway space for big vehicles. Backyard was beautiful with the outdoor shower. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would recommend.

Other than the key not working it was absolutely amazing. Kurt came immediately to assist us so I have no complaints. I travel all the time with my family at least twice a year and a trip for myself every year I would definitely recommend Vrbo. It was everything!!!

Amazing Stay

This home was amazing and in the perfect location being close to downtown and Scottsdale and Tempe as well. It has a very relaxing feel, especially in the great backyard with its wonderful amenities! This exceeded our expectations in many ways! The hosts were also amazing with great communication before and during the stay.

Awesome house for multiple families

We came for a baseball tournament with 3 families and our grandparents and the house was perfect! Huge open spaces , many bedrooms with double beds giving the kids options to sleep with their parents. The kitchen is spacious and huge fridge / freezer . Well stocked dishes, cups, pool towels and bedding. We had 13 total including 5 kids around 10-12 years old . The pool was great we had it heated. We noted a pool light issue and the owner came immediately to check it out

Sports Team

This house was excellent. Kurt was very responsive when I had questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. This house had everything we needed from entertainment of the pool and games outside, game room in the garage, extra towels and linens for 18 people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for 18 people including cutlery and dishes & bowls. the property was clena and we felt safe. We will be returning in the future!

Great communication!

The owners were great throughout our trip with quick responses. Filled propane and helped with anything we needed for the house throughout our stay! Very good space for a large group.

Softball trip

This property was well located,secure,and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of games if you care to partake. Kitchen was a total upgrade.

So Beautiful !!!!!!

We had a group for a baseball tournament and this was perfect. We loved so many bathrooms attached to the rooms. The house was stocked with tons of towels and linens. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Place for Sport Team

We were looking for a house that can house 18 people. We are a traveling Soccer team and managing 16 teen players in a hotel can be a nightmare. Having a house makes it easier to keep an eye out and for meal plans. There were enough beds and bathrooms. Overall, it fitted on what we need.

Great for families

We couldn't tell from the front of the house how huge and nicely appointed this place is! Great corner lot location, convenient to shopping and dining, with a nice neighborhood feel. The patio and pool are really nice. We didn't have a long enough stay to take full advantage of the kitchen and its commercial style appliances. We definitely appreciated the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that we put to use. Kurt was very responsive to any concerns we had, and was kind enough to let us mail a couple packages to ourselves ahead of our visit. This home is comfortable, not fussy. Our group was all adults, but we thought this property would be great for a couple families with kids. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 star review were some minor maintenance and repair issues, plus the fact that all the beach towels were still in the dryers upon our arrival (we folded them for the next guests). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property for family reunions and similar gatherings.

Great home for extended family

We enjoyed the family time gathering for a wedding in Phoenix. The pool was a big hit and the kitchen and living areas were big enough to accommodate us and then some. Great rooms as well!

Amazing Family Home

I'm so late with this review but the week was a lot to process! 12 adults, 2 children and an infant. Wow. All together for my husband's 60th. An interesting choice, going to Phoenix... in June... and it happened to be the hottest week of the year. This house is pretty much perfect. I love a modern home. The kitchen is beautiful. We had two chefs with us and they managed to cook quite well in there. Check the nonsticks if you plan to use them though, you might want to grab new ones at the store. There is so much to do. We spent every day in the pool with half the family playing pool basketball and the other half in floats. I personally enjoyed the engagement ring float and claimed that as my own for the week. It was nice that there seemed to be things in the pantry left by other guests that came in really handy: red cups, paper plates. We had one issue with some lights that the cleaner seemed to have affected by blowing a fuse. Kurt was nice enough to come over same day and flip it back. Walgreens and Wal-Mart are less than a mile away so I made a few walking trips there. One for a strainer that we left behind, you're welcome! Big families need a pasta night! A couple of things I wished for the home: 1) cable TV. Unless you can all agree on what streaming show you want to watch, we couldn't put cable on. And the Warriors were playing in the finals :-) 2) There is also no water filler in/on the fridge, so we went through MANY 2 gallon dispensers of water in the fridge. I walked the neighborhood every morning and there are some truly beautiful new homes. I loved it. Would we come back? 100%. If they would have us. I'm a lot. ;-)
